Next gas station was going to have to do. Damn, it's a truck stop. Hopefully they at least have regular not just diesel. I stood there in my pajamas, exhausted, pumping gas when an older trucker kept coming closer from his truck just talking more and more about "What's a pretty lady doing here in the cold?" stuff. I frowned and gave vague, one word answers and kept pumping gas. He didn't see my dog until she clawed her way out to follow me (smart and shoves open doors and can roll down windows), and he immediately backpedaled and said see ya and got in his truck. This is why I don't go anywhere out of town without at least one of my dogs, they discourage most people from coming too close to me like that.

Sometimes people don’t bother to do something so simple. Because like come on who’s going to expect someone that’s not their kid to just hop in the car in that situation. We tend to believe something isn’t true, because we don’t think someone could miss something so simple, but when we know what already happened, or know what to look for, then of course we will pick up on it, unlike someone who’s actually experiencing it unknowingly.

Damn dude...I was also on a very frightening trip to West Virginia. It was early morning hours, about 2 or 3 and we were in the mountains of West Virginia in the middle of no where. No cellphone connection or anything. We turned into a gas station to get gas and ask for directions when a creepy ford truck pulls up right next to us. As we pull out we were getting tired and was just wanting to get there. Since it was 2-3 am, nobody was out and so it was very creepy to see the same truck go over the hill behind us at a slow paste. As we pick up some trying to make some distance, he only follows and picks up. We couldn’t shake him off. By now, it was a two lanes road and we were running out of road, coming into a valley. We tucked into the woods, only to see him pass. We waited for awhile trying to get our bearings and asking ourselves what was that. It wasn’t to long before the truck with tented out windows slowly passed back by looking for his target...I could see his face. White male wearing all black. The next day at my relatives house we see on the news a brutal murder in the early morning hours. I don’t know what he was doing out there, and why but to this day I am truly freaked out. I warn everyone to please stay safe

I was on a 17 hr road trip once from VA to FL with 3 of my cousins and my brother and our tire was punctured in the middle of nowhere South Carolina, it was 1 am. It was dark all around us and just some cars driving on the road. We tried to stop anyone to help us because we were stuck in mud cause it was raining and NOBODY did. Until a state trooper showed up at 2 am. Of course he had his hand in gun to make sure we weren’t some crazy fucks. But he helped us and we finally left at 3 am. I’m so grateful nobody came out of those woods to kills us and shit.

We tend to believe something isn’t true, because we don’t think someone could miss something so simple, but when we know what already happened, or know what to look for, then of course we will pick up on it, unlike someone who’s actually experiencing it unknowingly.

Damn dude...I was also on a very frightening trip to West Virginia.
It was early morning hours, about 2 or 3 and we were in the mountains of West Virginia in the middle of no where. No cellphone connection or anything. We turned into a gas station to get gas and ask for directions when a creepy ford truck pulls up right next to us. As we pull out we were getting tired and was just wanting to get there. Since it was 2-3 am, nobody was out and so it was very creepy to see the same truck go over the hill behind us at a slow paste. As we pick up some trying to make some distance, he only follows and picks up. We couldn’t shake him off. By now, it was a two lanes road and we were running out of road, coming into a valley. We tucked into the woods, only to see him pass. We waited for awhile trying to get our bearings and asking ourselves what was that. It wasn’t to long before the truck with tented out windows slowly passed back by looking for his target...I could see his face. White male wearing all black. The next day at my relatives house we see on the news a brutal murder in the early morning hours. I don’t know what he was doing out there, and why but to this day I am truly freaked out. I warn everyone to please stay safe

I was on a 17 hr road trip once from VA to FL with 3 of my cousins and my brother and our tire was punctured in the middle of nowhere South Carolina, it was 1 am. It was dark all around us and just some cars driving on the road. We tried to stop anyone to help us because we were stuck in mud cause it was raining and NOBODY did. Until a state trooper showed up at 2 am. Of course he had his hand in gun to make sure we weren’t some crazy fucks. But he helped us and we finally left at 3 am.
I’m so grateful nobody came out of those woods to kills us and shit.
