I feel filthy even when I have ignored impure thoughts and memories from my past. I think the pain is to draw me closer to Jesus and give it to Him. Thank God he gave us the power of prayer and fellowship with HIMSELF!!!

Even I who is born again have to be very careful on when I'm becoming too boastful of myself in christ .....Thats why we need to always check our hearts and keep our minds on Jesus and listen to the Holy Spirit .....I have to realize that I am still just a new born baby in christ and I need him every min.....I try everyday to deny myself because I have come to realize that the old me knew nothing I thought I had knowledge and wisdom but I didn't......

People who redicule those (like Jan) who are sent by God to call them to repent are the same people like the ones in the Old Testament times who rediculed or even killed the prophets who also called people to repent. These people say they read the Bible but they do not see that they make the same exact mistake.

finalcall07 - a man at my church who is a pastor told me that i could sin willfully and die in my sin and still go to heaven. i then asked him how that was so, he replied and told me that since we are now under the new covenant, jesus took the punishment for our sin. so i would still go to heaven if i died in my willful sin. Unlike, (he continued) in the old covenant where you would go to hell because he had not paid for your punishment, no grace. i told him that i did not believe him. i also asked him saying " so that means i can do whatever i want and be ok?" he said " no, grace is not a get out of hell free card, is not a license to sin" he is basically saying that grace will cover you if you die in your willful sin so that you won't go to hell, but it is not an excuse to sin. his explanation makes no sense to me, because of what Ezekiel 33:13 says. i know it is an " old covenant" verse, but Jesus is the word of God incarnate, and God Himself was the one who spoke this word here in this verse, so it must be God's Word here, making it infallible. and also, Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever, the word of God does not change, not even under the transition from the old covenant to the new covenant. Is what he is saying wrong? or right?

whats sad is people don't want the truth and when Jesus sends us to tell them the truth they get mad say that were false and that we come from the devil and i believe why they accuse us because the truth is convicting them and they trying to take the spotlight off themselves and trying to throw it back on us
So-called Christians in their churches love to exalt them selves with titles like Pastor Rabbi father,Jesus just names a few titles,he says you are all Brethren , titles exalt the one who has the name,Jesus says if you put yourself first you will be in the last resurrection humble yourself and put yourself last and you’ll be in the first resurrection ,if people tell you they are following Jesus and they say they’re still sinning we r to tell them when you sin once and you don’t repent from it you have stop following Jesus,holiness is the only way to follow Jesus it’s his word inside of our heart,it becomes a treasure of a heart,whatsoever a man does that’s the treasure of his heart,that’s why God said I’ll put my spirit in your heart which is in my Word & cause you to obey me because the word becomes the treasure of our hearts but if we allow Satan to take Jesus words out of our heart then we will disobey it
