I saw Burden play a few weeks ago against my boy’s team. Watching him, & that Mizzou offense up close - it just seems they don’t NEED him to run the route tree. They run simple concepts, a pretty vanilla scheme & allow their receivers to just get the ball, get in space. Whether it’s Burden, Theo Wease or anyone, they were just getting the ball out of Brady Cook’s hands quickly & allowing the playmakers to work. Mind you, my buddy’s team got their shit kicked in - but he was surprised & said Mizzou wasn’t as good as they expected. The only one who was hard to defend was Burden. For sure. I get it too. It's not the college's job to prepare the player for the NFL. It's their job to win games and get the ball in their play makers hands. I'd personally try to use one of my firsts with one of my QBs to go after a QB now or closer to your draft. The 5th plus Tua/Richardson could probably get you someone really good if you want to compete now. Or roll with Tua and Maye. Colts are likely to give A-Rich another shot in like weeks 12-18 (earlier if Flacco struggles) so his value will bounce back and he'll likely play better with more time to adjust. Do not draft a QB in this draft before late 2nd round. No one will be better than your top 3. But I'd be looking to unload Tua after a big game this season, and I would target a team that is trying to rebuild and offer them Tua + one of your mid firsts and see what I could get. Good luck.

I perspanlly think Loveland will be more valuable than Travis Hunter because I think Hunter plays CB1 over WR1 on any team. I don't think Hunter is a WR1 on any team that isn't completely bereft of talent and I think he's good enough to play CB1 on most teams. Ultimately I think he washes out because he probably gets drafted by a team that doesn't know how to use him. Gimme Tet, Luther, and Harris as my top 3 wr, and then give me Warren and Loveland before any of the other WRs.
@ILoveJamesFelt I think your read is an interesting one. I tend to agree that he's more likely to main CB than WR at the next level as well. I do think he's good enough to play WR but I think he'll mostly do wr as a side hustle, coming in for situational work. I don't think that either TE will be as valuable though in IDP leagues because even LaPorta is seeing regression and even Pitts is just now coming online. Imo even though I value the position, I'm not drafting TEs anymore. I can trade for them any time and I don't mind giving somebody a 2nd or 1st for a player after he's been on their bench for 3 years.
Had the dope 2nd season, got all the hype going into his draft eligible year which would have been this past class and just was bad. Gained weight, was injured. But it was a very bad season. I thought he’s been solid this year for SC but doesn’t look like his same 2022 self.
Here's how I'm playing Hunter. Right now I'm thinking he's primary WR, none of us will really know so you just have to take a shot. He's special enough to take the shot. If we find out he's more CB then WR then you pivot
I persoanlly don't think it's thet deep. I'm trying to use all of my 3rds to jump up into better 2nds. I think the talent dries up quite a bit after picks 20-24
Will Travis also get IDP stats in standard start 10 12 team superflex formats? Or will only his offensive stats apply, I feel like he might not be much more than a flex if you’re only getting his offensive production but he’s also incredible so who knows
I'm going through the same dilemma, it's a great RB class, and I need one, but if Hunter is..... A. On the field 60-70% of the entire game and/or...... B. Has CB eligibility where he's getting 6-9 targets a game as a receiver, I mean I have no clue how the fantasy site I use will play this, but a CB scoring as a QB potentially would be such an advantage C. Maybe a team drafts him to play CB, and maybe only plays him 8-10 snaps a game at WR his first 3 or 4 years, with the rest of his career solely at CB. I'm afraid we won't know until we watch his rookie season play out, problem is, all of our drafts are before we can see that unfold, so we have to make our best educated guess.
@ I think he’s primarily CB, he didn’t go to Deion to learn WR, I think he’ll play both ways at next level but if youre only getting his offensive points in normal dynasty formats I wouldn’t touch him at all. IDP formats he’s Forsure a first round startup pick cause you would obviously get both sets of points
@connor3792 well the thing is, and I'm talking solely about IDP, much does he see the field at WR?? The only example that we can turn to for anything close to guidance in the past 50 years, is the 1996 season when the Cowboys used Deion Sanders both ways. That season in 15 games, Deion had 67 targets, 36 receptions, 475 yards, 1 TD. On defense he added 31 tackles and 2 INT, though getting accurate tackle data from 28 years ago is a challenge, this is all according to pro football reference. One caveat that must be noted, Deion was 29 years old in the 1996 season, well into his NFL career when Dallas decided to play him both sides, Deion though a elite kick returner, didn't even play both ways in college, so he likely hadn't lined up at WR full time during a competitive football game for over a decade. It's true unchartered territory to have a player who played both offense and defense in college, and has the NFL skills set to play both at the next level. Myles Jack played RB in college, but I think all teams viewed him as a better LB prospect in the NFL, and never really considered him a offense talent in the NFL. Hunter is so good at receiver, it won't be ignored, I think currently, he's a better WR than CB, but he's such a great athlete and is still really good at CB, get him with NFL coaching and his length, he can develop into a top flight shutdown CB.
@ he’ll 100% be CB more than he’ll be WR, if he isn’t I’d be completely shocked. I think he’ll play 60% of all snaps at least in the league. I’m banking on him being generational but we’ll see. Only thing I’m certain of is that he’s primarily a CB in the nfl
@@connor3792 one more aspect to think on, top CB salaries in the NFL, Ramsey 24.1 mil per year, Surtain 24 mil, Alexander 21 mil, Terrell 20.25 mil, Ward 20.1 mil WR Jefferson 35 mil, Lamb 34 mil, Brown 32 mil, St.Brown 30 mil, Aiyuk and Hill both 30 mil Now rookie contract, he will make what he makes, he has to wait 3+ years to make the big money. What say does he have on his primary position?? Up to him, he wants the most dollars, so the motivation is there for him to be an elite receiver talent 3 years into his career. Just something to keep in mind. Deion is a businessman, so unless the CB market catches up with the WR market, I'm sure he's advising him on what is ultimately best for Travis Hunter.
Really appreciate this type of content. I would love nothing more to be all in on collage like I am the NFL but I just simply don’t have time to dive in like I’d l love too. I play in a handful of dynasty leagues so I rely a lot on content creators like you and the DD crew to keep me tapped in to make good picks come the rookie draft each year. Long winded way of trying to say I truly appreciate you and the DD crew. Thank you!
Hey Ray, always love the Devy videos 😊 Gotta be honest, everyone needs to back off Shadeur Sanders a little bit. Hes not in my top 12. Worried about quite a few things with him. I know you like your Colorado guys but he feels like the next bust
How and Why? I think he's a very good QB. He and Cam Ward. If he's picked where everyone has him projected and you pass on him in Superflex that's on you. I have him at 5 behind the bluechip guys which i feel is more than appropriate.
@RayGQue There's a couple things that worry me if I'm going to tie myself to a young QB in dynasty. First, his immaturity will not translate well to the NFL. He will get humbled real fast if he acts out which might set him back. Also, he takes some of the worst sacks in the country. When you end your day with a negative rushing total (not like -3...it's sometimes -30, -47, etc.) that's a huge red flag. Pass rush just gets faster at the next level and he will likely be on a bad team.
I think this is a much more realistic spot for Burden, not top 5. I really did not like his tape from early in the season whenever he was actually asked to separate. Hopefully he's not just another Laviska Shenault.
I like Woody Marks but you think that high when he'll be 24 entering the draft and turning 25 in year 1. No difference to Tyrone Tracy I guess but we only paid a 3rd at most
It depends on his draft capital and landing spot. Nobody cares are age anymore in dynasty. Week to week game with hope for annual returns. He’s a beast.
See your point as should be playing dynasty in 2-3 year windows. Couple of leagues I'm in, age def brings down trade value/price. So he would have to be an immediate hit if you pay a late 1st. Because trade value wouldn't hold up the way it would for a 21 year old. Certainly feels like more riskier move but I love the conviction!
great video. I love the Ole Miss love and think you nailed it on Tre Harris, the guy is a stud. I am wary about Jaxson Dart as a pro though. I've watched every game for the past 3 years and he can make any throw but just not sure he's more than a product of the Kiffin offense (granted he hasn't had much help from O-line this year). Also agree with the Lacy content, he looks good

Im so curious what your thoughts on cam skattebo? Dude is a dawg!
The ASU kid! He's can play. He feels like a day 3 pick that if he lands in a dope spot will be a sleeper. He can catch too which I really like.
Is Burden actually going to fall to 1.12? I see him in the top 5 routinely
No chance he’s inside my Top-5 Superflex. I like him but not that high.
Keep sleeping on Loveland 😂 He’s going to be a 1st round pick in the NFL Draft. No way he doesn’t go in the first two rounds of a rookie draft
Agreed, can’t see a talent like Loveland falling out of the 2nd round.
He is a dog, but positional need could effect him, along with Warren being a literal incarnation of monstrosity
I promise you I'm not sleeping on Loveland. He's my TE2 and a player that I believe comes off the board RD1 of the NFL Draft, but for fantasy football - I'm not taking a good TE early. I will take Tyler Warren bc I believe he's different - but I'm not sleeping on CL
Whatever happen to Raheim “Rocket” Sanders? Thoughts?
Had the dope 2nd season, got all the hype going into his draft eligible year which would have been this past class and just was bad. Gained weight, was injured. But it was a very bad season. I thought he’s been solid this year for SC but doesn’t look like his same 2022 self.
Are you worried at all that Hunter only plays part time as a WR? Feels like he could be a CB with a part time role on the offensive side of the ball.
Here's how I'm playing Hunter. Right now I'm thinking he's primary WR, none of us will really know so you just have to take a shot. He's special enough to take the shot. If we find out he's more CB then WR then you pivot
@@RayGQuefor sure! Definitely depends on where he goes and what it looks like. But definitely get the assessment at this time
How does jonathon Brooks compare to these RBs
me having 3 firsts and 2 seconds this year looking at this draft class
deep draft class
Not nearly as bad as people wanted you to believe.
I persoanlly don't think it's thet deep. I'm trying to use all of my 3rds to jump up into better 2nds. I think the talent dries up quite a bit after picks 20-24
Lets go LEGEND!!!!
Where would you rank brooks if he were in the 2025 rookie draft
After Judson if we’re assuming he still has the injury
6-10 range somewhere in there.
No Loveland or Etienne? Etienne had best game I’ve seen this year against Texas
He’s a TE bro. Outside of heavy TEP league who gives a flip. Dope real NFL player not putting him Top-24 right now.
I think a lot of people have Loveland as their TE1. People took sinnott in the late 2nd lol so I think Loveland deserves to be in top 24
Cowboy fans looking at next years draft early this year😂
Every year clown
You already know it!
Let's go!
Let's get it!
If this is true, I’m getting Burden in EVERY draft 😂
Will Travis also get IDP stats in standard start 10 12 team superflex formats? Or will only his offensive stats apply, I feel like he might not be much more than a flex if you’re only getting his offensive production but he’s also incredible so who knows
I'm going through the same dilemma, it's a great RB class, and I need one, but if Hunter is.....
A. On the field 60-70% of the entire game and/or......
B. Has CB eligibility where he's getting 6-9 targets a game as a receiver, I mean I have no clue how the fantasy site I use will play this, but a CB scoring as a QB potentially would be such an advantage
@@connor3792 one more aspect to think on, top CB salaries in the NFL, Ramsey 24.1 mil per year, Surtain 24 mil, Alexander 21 mil, Terrell 20.25 mil, Ward 20.1 mil
WR Jefferson 35 mil, Lamb 34 mil, Brown 32 mil, St.Brown 30 mil, Aiyuk and Hill both 30 mil
Now rookie contract, he will make what he makes, he has to wait 3+ years to make the big money.
Think Deion told Hunter to play WR. More longevity. More money
Caleb Johnson is giving me Najee vibes. Anyone else?
Don't you start with that!!! Don't do it!!!! Kaleb's got JUICE!
What Round do u see Mason Taylor falling?
No loveland?
A-Rich > Stroud. Reagor > JJ. CEH > JT 😂 can’t wait to hear the big take this season
The real funny part is you’ll still be watching, and I’ll still be doing me. Appreciate you! 😂
Thank you!
Hey Ray, always love the Devy videos 😊
Gotta be honest, everyone needs to back off Shadeur Sanders a little bit.
Dillon Gabriel?
Good college QB
Wtw with Devin meal
Luther Burden not top 10 is WILD lol
Why is that wild?
I think this is a much more realistic spot for Burden, not top 5. I really did not like his tape from early in the season whenever he was actually asked to separate. Hopefully he's not just another Laviska Shenault.
Woody👀
WOODY
Soon as you said Hunter was a better WR than CB I knew this video was a joke
great video. Also agree with the Lacy content, he looks good
Kaleb Johnson and Woody Marks are two I think go higher then people even think. Both of them are RB1s. Good work GQ!
I got Jonah Coleman going high as well.
Marks is MY DUDE.
Jonah is a human battering Ram.
Felton is wayyyyyy toooo low
I have a feeling I'll be moving him up. I like him a lot. A LOT
Delete your account. Omarion at 1.02 is almost as bad of a take as you dying on the Anthony Richardson hill. You don’t know ball buddy
LMAO and you do?!?! Buddy FOH
Yeah i do. Learn how to evaluate players lil bro, to suggest people draft Ewers in the 2nd just shows how little you know. Funny how you also don’t believe in Allar when he’s leagues better than Ewers
You're absolutely right about Hampton. After the combine it may turn into a Harrison vs Nabers type of conversation. Dude is a beast. You should block this fool@@RayGQue
