Keep going brother. I was in the Army and got out in 2016, one thing I wish I did was go to Ranger battalion or SF. Get all the schools and training you can and further your career. Don’t let the negative people around you, just keep progressing.
Remember, you need to attain those wings with an ACTIVE jump log for 3 years. Meaning, you need to be jumping consistently for 3 years before you actually are able to keep them permanently on the uniform and asu/agsu.
hi, in Dec 1967 i was 19year old in jump school at Benning,i got my wings and a month later jan 1968 i was in nam a-signed to A 1/502 ABN,it was the deadliest year of the war,i was based at and around lz Sally in i corp, horrible experience for a teen of color
C-130 was my favorite bird to leap out of! Yeah it's scary when the doors are open and all the wind is going through the aircraft....especially in a pitch dark night jump, but everythings ok. Yeah let your training come through, trooper! Yeah once your canopy opens up it is so silent and peaceful. (Unless you are in combat though). Great video, thanks for sharing and educating. Airborne! A co 4/325
Lowkey trippen rn cuz I ain’t tryna break nothing bro I keep seeing all these hard landing videos the jumping out part is all mental but the landing I feel like is the scariest part
Daaaamn check this out, I just got recommended your channel because I am going back to waving my hair lol that’s a 2 year old video, I check out your channel and see you still at it uploading here and there. That’s dope
how wus the running? i leave for airborne school in like 3 weeks and the running kinda scares me because they always talk ab 5 miles and the most they run is a minimum of 3 miles.
What up my guy! Great job on the vid keep it up. This definitely helped on what to expect. I go to Airborne school soon then after going to Bragg. What’s your snap bro
Nah my boy I did my four years in a airborne at Fort Bragg I’m straight! It’s not for everyone but it’s a good experience and a good step and stone to life.
Fort Gordon has a great pre ranger pt program, and you’ll spend at least a month at pre rasp doing intense PT twice a day every day to get you in shape for rasp
Advice to you " CHERRY " stop bragging about what you have done and what you want, Instead of making self love video's focus on the skill sets you will need to make it through the Benning Phase of Ranger School, I did it in 79, and it was pure hell, but of course it can't be that bad now ( with girls) 11-B /1P/1V = 1st BN ( RANGER) ( ABN) 75th INF , Rangers Lead The Way !!!!!

Do you feel a moment of free fall when you jump, like the stomach dropping feeling?
I’ve heard some classes don’t get a night jump due to the crunch. Did you?
How many jump refusals did you see? What do they instructors tell yell about being scared and/or refusing to jump?
*yall
Like 3 people refused
What is the freedom like? Is it like a TRADOC environment?
Kinda cause of Covid

You’re gonna be the best ranger!
❤️
I’m about to leave AIT to go for airborne. Do we get passes to leave the barracks and go to the PX on the days we don’t train? Or after the duty hours
Hell nah cause of corona can’t go anywhere but things could change

@@WinkTVAmiri thank you so much!

How much you wanna bet that some people piss or shit themselves on the first jump? Pretty sure id be one of those people
Brooooo I stayed across the hall from you in korea I had no idea you did RUclips 😂
Lmao fr ?? That’s wild 🤣

Be able to do 10 each and you will be fine
Acft or apft or just the arm flex?
What up my guy! Great job on the vid keep it up. This definitely helped on what to expect. I go to Airborne school soon then after going to Bragg. What’s your snap bro

Week ends off and laundry is not bad
What IT certifications do you currently have or plan on getting?

Your on your way my boy!
Who are calling boy?
What are the years to make E-4? How long you've been in?
You get E4 at 2 years and I been in like 2 years 7 months
The saying is that ranks comes fastest when the going is tougher. Meaning: combat arms get primoted much faster. Infantry. Armor. Field Artillery.
Also do you leave the same day you complete your 5th jump or is it the next day?
Next usually or the next Monday
Do they still do the pt test on day 1 or nah
Hey what are chances of getting posted overseas if u join airborne. Thanks
Only airborne unit oconus is 173 in italy and a small group of them in Germany. Ft bragg and alaska have the other two non sof airborne units
@@PUBLICnoose i was trying to get my airborne in ait but ds said its too late , is it true ? i have my assignment but not the actual order.
What’s front right mean when landing?
Time for some push ups shawty 😭
How fast are the runs?
9 minute pace!
Easy peasy.....airborne shuffle.
I’m just curious is airborne something you have to talk to your recruiter about joining or you can do that once your in the army
You can get it in your contract or go later in your career
In a future 25b with airborne in my contract. Once I’m at my first unit, how hard is it to get approved for rasp?
Volunteer at airborne school
@@WinkTVAmiri how long until you go to rasp? I’m not sure if I’m ready physically yet, and I don’t want to agree to it when I’m not ready
@@WinkTVAmiri and also, how often are you in the field at fort Bragg
Fort Gordon has a great pre ranger pt program, and you’ll spend at least a month at pre rasp doing intense PT twice a day every day to get you in shape for rasp

Nothing crazy longest run is 3 miles
Yeah right. I have literal proof of our runs at Bragg / Liberty showing 8 miles in total
Pt test ??

Good stuff thx
Did you do an APFT?
No
How much more do you get paid to go to airborne school
Once you Graduate you get 150 a month
I always wanted to join the Airborne and I'm 12
Stick with it bro it is a lot of tradition that comes with it
You go with that trooper! Infantry Jumpaster with 2 combat tours here. You will love it!
How did quarantine work?
If your already in army you quarantine at your unit if not you quarantine at AIT
