Saw a program about those cheese slices, it was pointed out that many don’t ever say the word ‘cheese’ on the packets, usually ‘cheesy slices’ or ‘burger slices’ as there’s not enough % cheese in them to legally call it cheese 😂 so the fact the lighter one does say cheese probably means it’s the better option! Thanks for the dinner ideas! 😊

I’ve found that the pale cheese is usually classed as “lighter” compared to the more orange cheese squares
I did check that as I thought the same, they were both classed as “normal” rather than the light version. Definitely a big difference in taste despite being similar products 🤔

All meals look really nice. I absolutely love cheese 🧀 in whatever form, & I do like the cheese slices, even if they are a bit plasticky!! I like them if I do tuna & cheese on toast , the slices really catch under the grill, it's really tasty, or maybe I'm just weird!! I like the texture but I only usually buy them if I'm.doing burgers 🍔. Not the sort of thing I buy every week.
My dad used to use them for cheese on toast so I know what you mean 😂
Thats a lot of flat bread!! I love making them but for 8 of us works out more exp than buying the quid packets of them
I find it a lot cheaper than buying the packets as I think you only get two in a pack and I can make 10 for about £1. They freeze well too ☺️
