You did NOT show the step where you named your work Onedrive as "Chris Menard Training". Did not work for me. Probably because I only have the free Onedrive account.
I tried your method and doesn't work. I even UNLINKED the other account to try it. It doesn't work. It says "You're already syncing a personal OneDrive on this computer. Unlink that account to add a new one". If the solution is to classify a PERSONAL ACCOUNT and a WORK ACCOUNT, how to do it? Many Thanks
Either Error Code 0x8004de40 or " sorry, onedrive can't add your folder right now. Please contact support" shows up when trying to add/log in my word acct.

not working for me :( it's saying i have to one account unlink first

It didn't work for me, it says that I already have an associated account and that I have to unlink it to associate the new account
It would make a difference if both accounts were personal. You can only link one personal account to the computer.
Same problem tried it now
