  • The plaintiff rented a room the defendant owns and has been put through vicious psychological and emotional torture because the defendant wants him out. The plaintiff has also suffered health issues and pain due to the living conditions in the place, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff takes pictures of her bottom without permission and practices witchcraft. She believes the only reason she is being sued is because eviction proceedings are underway, and the plaintiff is revengeful.

      THE LANDLORD MADE 30 MILLION DOLLARDS AFTER HE EMPTIED
      THE BUILDING WITH EVICTIONS AND BUYOUTS.
      THE BUYER RENOVATED THE BUILDING AND SOLD THE UNITS
      AS CONDOS AND MADE 80 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!
      SO IN NYC FORCING TENANTS OUR BY BEING A SLUM LORD
      OR BUYOUTS PAYS BIG MONEY TO LANDLORDS.
      ONCE THEY RENOVATE THE ROOM THEY WILL RENT THE ROOM FOR
      TRIPLE WHAT HE WAS PAYING TO A WHITE YUPPIE WHO WILL
      PAY TRIPLE THE LEGAL RENT( LANDLORDS TARGET WHITE
      YUPPIES WHO ARE IGNORANT OF NYC RENT REGULATION.
      THESE IGNORANT YUPPIES NEVER TRY TO RECOVER RENT
      REFUNDS THAT THEY ARE DUE. BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT ALL.
      WHERE THEY COME FROM THEIR IS NO RENT REGULATION,
      SO THEY ASSUME THERE ARE NOT RENT REGULATIONS.
      ( TO A LANDLORD IT IS TAKING CANDY FOR A BABY).
      IF THE PERSON HAS MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS THEN IN NYC THE ADULT PROTECTION
      DEPT OF THE DEPT OF HUMAN SERVICES WILL USUALLY GIVE THE LANDLORD
      A "ONE SHOT" PAYMENT OF BACK RENT, THAT IS WHY A JUDGE IN NYC WILL STAY THE
      CASE, WHILE WAITING FOR ADULT PROTECTION SERVICES TO ACT.
      A STIPULATION IS A CONFESSION AND A WARREN IS AN ORDER FOR THE NYC MARSHAL
      TO EVICT THE TENANT.
      IF HE WANTED TO STAY HE SHOULD HAVE BANKED THE BACK RENT AND A JUDGE
      WOULD HAVE AJUSTED THE RENT FOR BUILDING CONDITIONS.
      BUT ONCE A TENANT RUNS UP A YEAR OF BACK RENT ( DURING COVID FOR EXAMPLE)
      THEY USUALLY MOVE RATHER THAN PAY BACK RENT.
      IF HE HAD PROVED TO BE DISABLED ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES WOULD HAVE PAID

      HE GAVE AWAY HIS RIGHTS WHEN HE SIGNED A STIPULATION(CONFESSION).
      HE WAS A FOOL. NOW HE WILL PAY DOUBLE OR TRIPLE HIS OLD RENT OR

      U think this one is bad my grandmother rented her house house for 20 years to a couple and i kept asking her are they paying rent she said yes and i said u sure they not working well she made excuses after excuses for them well fast forward shes in a nursing home and guess what we uncovered that they haven’t paid rent in 17 years she didn’t want no one to know and now its a hard pill to swallow well they kept telling her they put a new roof remolded etc and i said have u been in the house in 20 years she said no well the whole house is a loss no remodeling or roof done by them long story short people will take advantage of older people and the older people covers it up or makes excuses because we would say they are idiots and they don’t want anyone to think differently about them i guess

    My mother did the same thing. Over the span of 10 years, she only paid $40 rent and blamed it on her disability. Fibromyalgia.       In some states, like California, it is very common for judges to give tenets 6 months to a year to get out. Then the tenets can go back and petition for more time.

    How is he physically disabled if he only has issues with the wrists and a shoulder? I know hundreds of people who suffer from Carpal Tunnel or have broken many more bones then that and work full-time!
    Hell I work with a Doctor who fell on a 1000km bike race in the first 50km and punctured a lung along with breaking 4 ribs and finished the race before he was seen by the med team
    Sounds like he is using excuses to bleed others dry! The only reason someone stays in a place they are literally hated in, is because they are f*cking the system and the landlords over!!! Good on the judge!!!

      It’s called ice packs, Ace bandages, PT… maybe some NSAIDs. It’s manageable and pretty common. I can still type around 120 wpm but then I need a lil rest 😊 It’s also just LIFE! You don’t just stop life and all productivity… unless you’re this clown

    This guy has every excuse in the book... plus a year and a half's worth of big bux to move the hell out. How pathetic. There's all kinds of services he could've called on to help him move instead of living like a scrub and stealing from this honest woman. Good Lord above. Good call, Judge! ❤

    If the conditions are that bad, WHY is he still living there? He is living there because he has not paid rent in a long time, and thus he is nothing more than a squatter, which is forcing the owners to go through all the expensive of going to eviction court. HE IS a squatter nothing more. Using excuse of physical to be a squatter and NOT have to pay rent.

    I love how the judge handled this. And she was spot on with stating that the reason he doesn't want to move is because other people are going to expect him to pay rent. He seems like a professional, lifelong victim and has been a squatter for a very long time. I cannot stand when someone doesn't do the right thing and wants to hide behind their disabilities for it. I once ordered jewelry from someone, I paid her the very next day and three months later I still didn't have my stuff. And when I complained to her about it, she used her disabilities as an excuse. And I frankly told her that if she can't physically run her business because of her disabilities, then perhaps she should step down from her business. She was nothing but a scammer and a fraud. Shame on people who use their disability as a as a way to fraud people

    Defendant is well spoken and I am glad her family has her in their corner. She will not allow her family to be taken advantage of.
