When they are confronted about not paying their rent or destruction of property, they will start making complaints rather than taking responsibility. In some states, like California, it is very common for judges to give tenets 6 months to a year to get out. Then the tenets can go back and petition for more time.

I'm a property manager at a residential property. A few of my residents need to see this episode. When they are confronted about not paying their rent or destruction of property, they will start making complaints rather than taking responsibility. When I ask why do they continue to live at the property, if not happy, they will get angry at me and say I'm disrespecting them. Crazy!
