Margin TO THE TITS! I've only been doing margin investing for a few weeks and am already seeing solid results. A lot of my positions are sending out their year-end dividends. Every time a dividend comes in it knocks the margin balance down. Brilliant. Income investing on margin is kinda like buying rental real estate with the bank's money. But one big difference is that unlike rental real estate this income is 100% passive. No rent to collect, no broken furnaces at 2AM, no tenants' kids drawing on the walls with crayons, etc. As long as Marge gets her cut and Uncle Sam gets his cut, I can sit on my ass and do absolutely nothing.

Also, you show how to be financially free without the same old Warren Buffet, DCA for 100 years; or live off of Ramen Noodles, Save to you die Dave Ramsey method. Appreciate your videos much! Market crashes. Those 25% requirements go up to 50% “just because” the brokerage feels safer that way. Margin calls come in the form of $100K+. You get liquidated. Brokerage gets their capital back safely. You’re holding the bag with leveraged losses. This guy started this extremely reckless and foolish strategy in 2024 at a time the market has gone up substantially. Zero experience in a bear market or recession. Because he’d have been wiped out. Don’t follow this advice. Use leverage responsibly or not at all. As the saying goes, those who understand margin and are smart enough to use it are usually smart enough to get wealthy without using it in the first place.
He did say worst case scenario you pay out of pocket. If you do exactly as he does, you’re going to get burned(maybe maybe not).It works for him though. It’s not financial advice. Maybe he’ll fly to close to the sun. Idk dc it’s his money. I’d rather learn from his gains/mistakes rather than my own.
