Kimbap is an improved version of futomaki learned from Japan. On the other hand, even in Korea, futomaki and kimbap are differentiated. The dish in the video is sold as futomaki in Korea. If you think it's different from Japan, you can think of it that way because the Korean food sold in Japan is also a little different from real Korean food.

In Japan, norimaki is not a separate dish but part of a sushi course, and Japan doesn't generally use frozen tuna for sushi, and you wouldn't put chopped green onions or shrimp fritters in norimaki. Also, tuna has a specific direction in the veins, and the texture changes depending on the angle at which the knife is used, so Japan is careful about that too.

Looks pretty bad actually, first of all, you can’t enjoy the flavor combinations of the ingredients with a size like this Second, he is using frozen fish, not fresh, that kinda sucks
@@iamsherlocked875 странность в том что хвосты креветок не съедобные и их надо будет выплёвывать :) и ещё я понимаю что после заморозки в рыбе остаётся меньше паразитов, но и вкус теряется. Зачем тогда класть сырую рыбу, если она уже потеряла часть вкуса :)
@matniyazov_rustam that's how a lot of American sushi it. It's for presentation. You just rip off the little tails before you eat it. It's not that hard lol it's to show the customers that it's real shrimp and it just looks nice. They usually set those ends up to display them.

Не понимаю зачем делать огромные роллы. Это неудобно кушать. Просто не помещается в рот, приходится кусать, остальное разваливается. Гораздо приятней сделать роллна один укус, чтобы насладиться вкусом и эстетикой сервировки. Но я не японец, вам конечно лучше знать.
I would definitely eat it and enjoy it but I think for most customers , too much of every ingredient lol especially tuna and scallions …… oh and asparagus sucks in fresh Maki, unless it tempura fried (MY opinion.)

バチの量も悪いです。後、エンボスも透明ではなく、ブルーのほうがいいと思います。うちだと握りは、透明エンボス、巻物、軍艦は、ブルーです。異物混入防ぐ為です。
