Attention to Detail: Isaiah Thomas Breakdown

- Isaiah Thomas is one of the shortest players in the NBA. He was drafted last in the 2011 draft. He didn't start until the 2016 season. Yet, he is an all-star and has posted stats equal or superior to the likes of Kyrie Irving, Damian Lillard, and Kyle Lowry. How?
In this detailed breakdown, we explain how Thomas' athleticism, skill, and mindset are maximized to help him become such a good player. All of this can be applied to your game as well.
Basketball is truly a game of inches, which is why "Attention to Detail" focuses on the smallest nuances of the game. We focus mainly on biomechanics and the details that spectators do not normally catch.

So much respect for doing what he does at 5'9
tht half spin I call it a cross step I saw cp3 use it before but this guy takes this move to another level I didn't realize how deadly this move was tell I saw Thomas use it
Zach Lavine is 6'5 - 189... This guy is 5'9 - 185.....
This guy gets 0 recognition from the league or even fans. Respect.
love this vid, ecspecially because it breaks down the advantages u have when short
I've just found this channel an absolutely love it, your analysis is great. I've had a couple of ACL tears myself and have never had the injury prevention stuff you detail (knee over toe and landing on bent legs/flexing at the hips) really ever explained to me, but it all makes complete sense so is great to know.
