It looks like sinking funds are off. The buffer would be $15 instead of $35

Good morning, great video, thank you for sharing your financial goals with us. I just added a new sinking funds this month, Christmas gift card for our housekeeper that we added a few months ago as I have been too ill to tend to house chores. She is wonderful and very much appreciated! Have a weekend

What kind of robot vacuum? I have one that I love. I research a long while before buying one. I have the ecobot T20. Check it out. It vacuums and mops the floors

@@LisaMarieBudgets to be fair hair does tangle in the brush more than it should. Research and definitely get one that mops bit the pads should spin not just move back and forth

I'm curious on how you get that amount for the joint account. If you agreed on 1700 per month and you calculate it per year then it all works out in that year but on a month to month basis, you will be short on the months you get paid twice and over on the months you paid 3 times. Do you have a buffer in your joint account to float you on the short months? Looking for other ways to do my own paycheck budgets! I would split the 1700 by 2 and the months I have an extra paycheck I would skip that expense (which can get confusing). Always messes with my head since I paycheck budget but the monthly budgets are always slightly off, TIA!

1700x12 then divide by 26. It’s the best way with direct deposit moving the money for me.
We have plenty of money rolling over to cover anything that might pop up. Also, January was a 3 check month so technically I’m ahead.

Recalculate your sinking funds. I think you are off by 10

I think you are over by $10.00 on your calculations for sinking funds.
