Wild Fork Foods Prime Brisket - Pit Boss Lexington 500 Onyx - Overnight cook

Welcome back to The Food Experience! This time I am smoking/cooking my first ever full brisket. This is a 12.2lb Prime Brisket from ‪@WildFork‬ Food at their Manhattan Beach store. Great store and friendly staff!
I even left a blooper in this video that I did not edit out. Just for fun!
I will work on my trimming technique though all in all it wasn't too terrible.
