This scene made me an instant fan. Going to see Reignwolf this weekend :) It also made me like the show enough to carry me through the rest of the season.
I couldn't make it past the first two episodes the first time around. A "rewatch" would be a fucking nightmare. As someone who actually tours for a living for over 20 years, I can say without a doubt NO ONE in the business liked this piece of a shit show. I'm sure it appealed to twits who had some kind of fantasy of what it's like to be on tour with a rock band though.
AVOLITE I recognize how unrealistic & often ridiculous it was - but that was part of the fun in watching it for me. They also had some great guest artists on it.
Ha - I realized about 2 minutes in that the reason everyone stops with their jaws agape is because they think he's amazing! At first, listening to all the self-indulgent emoting and guitar feedback I thought they were saying to themselves "oh no, THIS guy is our opening act??"
This version has so much more emotion. It’s so much more raw. Wish they’d release a similar version.
Look up reignwolf hardcore voodoo. That version is closer to this than the studio

live, this guy is a monster... but the production on the original recording is more of the one of a pop or hip-hop track. this is just raw energy!
This version is just terrific, one of the best
He really need to do a full version of this
Gunnar Ødegård look up his performance from voodoo fest last year or the year before. I believe stereogum recorded it. It’s outstanding
better than the original tbh
This is my favorite scene from this show. I hate that it only had one season.
can't stop listening..in love..amazing!
This band rocks my world
boy is good, just discovered him today- its a dam good day!
This was awesome!
King ❤❤❤❤❤ Miss You
Love this
Best version!
That's what gigs are for. waiting for him to burn the guitar 🎸 but he is definitely awesome at blues
so beautiful
I was doing a rewatch of ROADIES and discovered Reignwolf - love this! Sounds like the late Jeff Buckley to me.

@@avolite719 who ever said it was meant to be realistic? It's a show you condescending twit. Noone cares that you were 'in the business'
Where were you re-watching the show if I may ask? Watched it when it came out, but have had trouble finding it again.
Mike - Just seeing this - it was on OnDemand a few weeks ago & I managed to record the last 3 eps before it became unavailable again.

Must've been amazing to be on the recording of this scene

Fire! I agree live is better 💯
I checked Spotify, and it doesn't sound like this, why is that?? :(
I think the song was produced by Mike Dean...who is a hip hop guy
really better than the original
MGK be thinking “ohhh so that’s what a real musician is like”
Show
