You can get them in an individual file by printing each page to a .pdf .

Question:-

(Student.xls) has the following fields: Name, Roll No, Course, and Position. Write steps to

Hello @kevin, excellent tutorial however when you go to print the certificate in pdf. instead of getting multiple pdfs, you get one pdf document with multiple certificates. I need them to be separate to be able to email them separately. Can you advise please?

Save as .jpg/.png/any picture formats, instead of export (in my case, exporting disappears the names)

I do realize i could do that by choosing email, and followed by attachment instead of print in the earlier step, however, it sends the attachment in a word file, would it be possible for me to send it as a PDF attachment right away?

I want to send such developed certificates directly from Microsoft publisher to individuals email as pdf attachments. Is there a better way than making a list of file location column in the excel file to send out this to individuals. I did watch your other video as well. So please guide if at all any option there without making an additional column and manual entry to the same. A lot many files to deal with ... in the case of making say 100-500 such files are not easy. looking forward to getting your response on this.

Better to include the names in the data source and use a mergefield in the mailmerge main document instead of a formfield.

The only limit would be any limit that is imposed by your mail service provider.
