Lansing is a shit hole! Lived here since birth. East Lansing is where I graduated. Totally different city including MSU. Kinda misleading in video. However Lansing does have the historical museum as you mentioned. Wish you could of shown more of that in video for its truly amazing. Also we have the states Supreme Court in Lansing. As well as a beautiful farmers market on the grand river in downtown.
Did this video seem boring well its even more boring living here in lansing. Heres the actual truth about Lansing. High homless rate, no jobs that pay enough to live on or no insurance. potholes on every road that will destroy your car so you always have to doge that or construction that never gets done but they put it everywhere so you can't get anywhere and then take it all down in winter and nothing ever happened. The food here is absolutely the worst I've ever had in my entire life, it's also the most expensive I've ever seen $20 for a hamburger that tastes like it's been sitting in the back for a few days. this town is ridiculous why anybody made this video I have no clue it's the worst city you could possibly live in not to mention it's got a high crime rate because people are so poor here. most of the housing here doesn't even have air conditioning in the houses and the house is look like they're about to cave in because nobody can afford to update them. if they did update them they charge such a high land tax nobody would be able to afford to live in them so they don't do any work to them. I wouldn't recommend ever coming to Michigan none of the cities especially Lansing have anything good going on in them.
Well yes Michigan sucks as I’m a resident as well but I will say Detroit is amazing they really have brought it back from the dirt, Grand Rapids is awesome lots of activities food and scenery, East Tawas is absolutely gorgeous with great scenery & amazing fishing there and in oscoda and also the UP offers the best outdoor activities such as beach’s hunting camping fishing hiking etc in the whole state with Marquette being the most beautiful city I have ever seen. So there’s some good and it’s not all bad but yes most places are run down & depressing boring potholes everywhere horrible food and no activities I will agree on that lol.
As far as the best places to go, it's not the Justice In Mental Health Organization's drop in center! A decent looking slim woman is likely to get a bad rep she doesnt deserve and is likely to get badly misquoted in an old review of the place that she left!
