Exactly. And she isn't apologising or taking accountability... I also don't believe that she didn't understand what she was doing when she was spreading a child's legs open on stage or getting a child to reach down her trousers.
I am Colleen's age. This makes me sick. This makes my skin crawl. I feel awkward as hell even sharing my personal life with people who are 25 nevermind literal TWELVE YEAR OLDS. They are babies to me
And she still victimizes herself. I feel horrible for all the people who grew up with her as a role-model. To think what they must be going through right now. And the fact that Colleen goes on to victimize herself while simultaneously being aware of her actions and the domino effect it caused is even more disgusting. What a putred, vile, nasty, nauseating excuse for a human.
I have done something so disgusting that I find it hard to look at myself in the mirror. But I have never abused a child in front of an audience that paid to be there. Oddly enough, one of my abusers told me he was going to abuse me in a manner not dissimilar to what Colleen did on stage, the act I refer to above.

Now, while I agree that a person's intentions are significantly more important than their actions, that does not mean you shouldn't apologise or take accountability when necessary... (Thanks for the evidence btw)
Intentions are definitely not more important than actions. I don’t believe in hell, but “the road to hell is paved with good intentions” is still a great rule of thumb for life.
@6milesin Intentions are still more important than actions. If I annoy somebody without realising it or intending to, that doesn't make me a bad person. If I break something by accident whilst cleaning somebody's house, it doesn't make me a bad person. These things would not make me any worse of a person because the intention of causing harm was not there. The most I could do in those situations would be apologise and try not to do it again. However, if I did those things on purpose, that would (in most circumstances) make me a bad person. Intentions are more important than the actions committed, and you can't argue that. No, that doesn't justify accidentally murdering someone, but it still wouldn't be as bad as purposely murdering someone. Even if you didn't intend to cause harm, you should still apologise for your actions. But you also shouldn't hate somebody because of accidents or mistakes that were not made to cause harm, and should accept apologies. In relation to Colleen Ballinger; 1. She is yet to apologise (as far as I am aware) to any of the people she made uncomfortable. 2. She had no excuse not to know that what she was doing was sexually inappropriate. 3. She lied and denied it, despite there being clear evidence of it happening, and since she lied about this, I'm not convinced that she wasn't aware of what she was doing. Making a mistake doesn't make you a bad person, but that also doesn't mean you shouldn't apologise.
@ItsEchovoid Exactly. Thank you for agreeing. Of course, just because the intentions were good doesn't mean you don't still have to apologise, but in the end of the day, as you said, the intentions are what dictates whether a person is a good or bad person. Of course, what is "good" is subjective, but the feeling of doing something "good" is the same in all of us. We all understand the difference of what good and bad feel like, even if our ideas of it are different. I'm sorry, I'm probably going on too much lol, but the point is that I agree with you. Intentions are what matters most. (And Colleen is likely lying about her intentions, and even if she isn't, she still should apologise properly.)
Oh yeah, whilst I am at it, one of my abusers threatened to abuse me in a manner that is very similar to what Colleen did to a child in front of an audience that was paying to be there. Colleen's intentions would not save her if I found myself in a place with her and no security around for a good five minutes.
yes its true a person's intentions is definitely significantly more important than their actions, except you don't know someone's intentions, and anyone can say their intentions was something else. "Oh I skinned and burned my family alive but my intention was to be nice to them" (very big exaggeration btw just used as an example with same concept) and whatever her intentions she 'says' they were, evidence points to otherwise. So you saying you agree that a person's intentions are significantly more important than their actions in this context being contradictory to the video is very stupid and ur basically sticking up for that horrendous women. Edit: It's like someone obviously rapes, tortures and kills someone and they say that was not their intention and as a reply to that someone says "actions are more important than intentions" and you reply with "intentions are significantly more important than actions", while that is true, ur helping nothing in the context and ur sticking up for someone who just did horrible things

It’s the way she could have got on, no ukulele, no singing, just admit that she did all that stuff and she was in the wrong and she’s sorry and she wouldn’t have sunk as deep. She was even told by her team to not do it, but she did it anyway, didn’t even talk about the minors she took advantage of, the whole 11 minutes was her victimizing herself and denying it even though there’s so much evidence and now she’s just made a fool of herself.
ok so question, when she says that it was at the start of her career you say no because they werent born. I don't understand cause adam (the main person) was born in 2002 and her career started in like 2008? @@visualsno yes. her victims at the time were 15 and her whole adult career is as long now as their lives were at that time. it really puts into perspective how much older she was than them.
