I've heard so many people say that drawfee is basically Jacob's villain backstory - well, today we learned what will be the straw that breaks the camel's back: him being itchy
It's more like in 102 Dalmatians where the sensation of being itchy will make him revert to his evil side.

The bit i said about drawfee being one big backstory for him becoming a super villain is based on stuff others have said in comments on videos and stream VODs, though i also don't know offhand which ones

The funniest thing about the, 'parent who doesn't quite know the thing' bit during Nathan's drawing is that my dad ACTUALLY refers to furries as 'fuzzies' almost 100% of the time.

Suggestion inspired by Juila (and allegedly her dad): draw malaphors! Mixed up metaphors, like it's not rocket surgery, not the sharpest knife in the stable etc. There are some good ones Julia has come up with in the past but I cant think of them right now

I half expected Jacob to go "what's a computer?" in that intro just to give Julia a taste of her own medicine XD
The JR on James's mask makes me think that if this was a tv show, fans would be confused at their introduction and be wondering why he is called jr.
But then Marvin calls out at some point later on, "Jim! We need more gems for the ritual!" and most fans are left thinking 'oh his name is Jim, that's cool to know I guess'
time goes by and then one fan is big brain and goes to the fandom and says, "GUYS, I think the J on his mask stands for Jim, so the R must stand for something" they think about it until everyone realises with horror that it stands for rat.

i would love to see a SpeedPaint episode where they play art tag. one person does a sketch, the next person does lines, third person colors. you make three pieces with everyone taking a different role for each drawing
They did an episode that's an adjacent of this, in that one person did the sketch and passed it on to the second person who did both the lines and colours. In that episode, Jacob DID bring up the extended art tag, so you're already in the brain space! I also want this to happen, maybe add in a 4th step by splitting colours into flats and shading, so the whole gang can pitch in to all the drawings?
Headcanon: when The Great Marvin arrived in modern times he was so surprised by how short/revealing clothes have become that when he went out to get a “blending in” outfit he overdid it a little and that’s why he has short shorts

As an artist with inflammatory arthritis, I am glad Julia is taking care of her wrists and not drawing through the pain. She’s done that in the past, this is character growth.
the "imagine that they all wear shorts under their robes" is literally how chinese fantasy doramas are filmed. in "the untamed" they all wear shorts.

absolutely obsessed with the thought of marvin and his fellows live streaming their heists and gaining a following, these funky guys deserve an absolutely unhinged fandom
Suggestion: you should try drawing Discworld characters that you've never heard of! There are so many incredible characters, and I'd KILL to see Nathan draw the Librarian! Other characters include such gems as Nobby Nobbs, Magrat Garlick, and the Hogfather!

IDEA: Everyone Draws BRUNO based on one of the stories about him from the other family members perspectives!! I've never submitted an idea but I feel like this is the one.
Better Origin:
Marvin is the catalyst of the displacement; one of his gem-snorting sessions goes awry, causing him & I.B.F.B. to fall Deltarune-style into one of Jim's seminars. Jim subsequently takes them in as roomates.
The trio's goal is to find the specific gem Marvin snorted in order to go back to their times. Seeing as Marvin probably wasn't in a coherent state of mind at the time, though, they have to use trial-and-error technoque, which Jim is totally fine with.
I like the continuity of Nathan constantly dropping the pen at some point during his segment.
As someone who has suffered their entire life with serious ezcema, itching constantly, I can definitely see turning into a supervillian.
