Exactly this. We have the spirit of a little girl who just kind of showed up to the house one day, her name is Melissa, she just wanted to be acknowledged and she’s innocent and sweet. I’ve always been a bit of a magnet for paranormal stuff so this happens sometimes where a spirit just appears around me. But Melissa will touch your back while you’re in the kitchen to say hello and sets off the window alarm at random for attention. If she’s upset by something she knocks over a bag of chips or something small and it’s because whatever is upsetting her is usually scary to her. I’ve never been afraid of her and I don’t mind her being here at all, she just wants company. It looks like she may have passed some time in the 70s because of her clothing and she’s really young, maybe 11. Not an evil part about her. There are plenty of spirits just like her out there.

On the T-Boz episode, her daughter has a sprit attached that wound up being Judith Barsi, e little girl from Jaws that was murdered by her father. And the malevolent spirit that haunted then was her dad!!!

I often forget that others aren’t as used to it as I am so when I hear about someone getting scared by a spirit or I’m talking to someone about their experience that terrified them I’m always in my head like “why were you scared?” before I have to remind myself that they don’t have experiences on a regular basis like I do 😂😂

The first episode of Thursday night football aired in November of 2006, but Alex and the other guy were watching it the year before? I could not find any reference on google of any fire taking place at Goldstein hall, much less a fatality.
The last story was kind of heartening tbh. The boys spirit wasn't at all threatening, he was just making his presence known, and even helped the OP get out of the building when there was a fire so OP wouldn't meet the same fate he did.
The 3rd story really got to me. I was a freshman in college in October 1986 as Kevin was. (I was living in a dorm at an old women's college in VA. It was allegedly haunted and I understand what the kid who attended years later was saying. Weird things happened there, but no ghost ever had to save me from a drunken sleep because of a fire!) I think he just didn't want this kid to end up like him and he hung around his old dorm protecting anyone who lived there. It's kind of sweet, actually. He was harmless and I think he just wanted people to know he was still around. He may have saved that kid's life because no one had saved his. Very cool story! It gave me a good vibe, actually. Kevin must have been a really good kid, I'd say! (But a bit of a spooky roommate to the kid he saved! Lol!)
I feel like the stories that are less climactic are the ones that are alot scarier than the others, because they sound so much more believable. I mean if someones gonna make a paranormal story up then theyre gonna try and make it sound as crazy as possible, to make it more interesting. But its those stories that you read, where its clear the writer didnt care how interesting it sounded with the sole purpose of just getting their story out and being heard regardless of how appealing and interesting it sounds compared to other stories that gets to me the most.
