The thing I am most interested in you gloss over a bit. That adaptor between the overflow pipe and the tank is not mentioned in the bits and pieces required. I hope the okes in the shop know what I am talking about!

You should have added a coupling on both your suction and discharge lines of the pump so it can be removed for maintenance/repairs if/when necessary.
