As for my favorite Pixar film, that is definitely the Toy Story trilogy (yes, I said trilogy. Nuff said).

While I wouldn't say it's as good as the first movie (one of my top favorites from Pixar), I still thought this was a pretty good film. Everything related to Anxiety easily stole the show here. Both the topic and the character.
Yeah you're right about Pixar not releasing shorts with their latest movies. I remember seeing both "Lightyear" and "Elemental" on the big screen and neither one had any shorts with them. I guess it might have to do with those Sparkshorts on Disney+, but I could be wrong on that.
My favorite Pixar movie is Finding Nemo
