That called roids lol no offense to any of them. They still all work their asses off but people who take roids get a pump just by doing a tiny workout whereas people who don’t take roids can do 3 hard workouts and still not get as big and long of a pump as someone in roids.

What you’ll learn in your younger years might be something you want to erase from your list of knowledge and start over again by training with older more experienced guys. Sometimes momentum is better than “perfect form”.
That overhead dumbbell press/extension truly looks like a shoulder and/or elbow injury just begging to occur. All it takes is just one wrong/off movement and you're screwed. Plus, not sure I like having a piece of metal scraping up so close to the back of my head. I think I'll stick to cable extensions leaning forward.
