@@jomorod4275 wile I agree with you, EFCC is a law enforcement agency. If is very difficult if impossible for EFCC to prevent a governor from stealing money, but successfully sending a gov to jail will act as a deterrent for others, hence preventing such crime.

It's a lot cheaper to prevent economic and financial crimes than prosecuting. Prevention is what efcc should focus on
