Absolutely true. And I think everyone has their own struggles as well. But somehow ig we have to learn how to switch off and on our focus. Like when I am focusing on studying I have to just switch off from the outside world. Ik it is easier said than done, and honestly I have maybe never been able to do that properly myself😅 . But atleast we can try.
