These designs are based off of G1 models. They were all altered slightly to look less earthly. If the events of the war ever get a show based around them, these are probably the models they'll use.
but they kind of showed their true cybertronian form in the movies very briefly after they landed and they were very similar to the usual movie form just without colour. i did see a lot of resemblance of g1 in this game aswell even though they were altered a lot they still resembled g1 bots drastically like how chunky they are. i loved it

The multiplayer was taken from us, but not the campaign. Besides, I think the story is always more enjoyable than killing other people on a server.
