  • I don't just like the contrast but the whole look of the Kadjar.
LED lights and blinkers front and rear put the car square in modern times. It won't take long when even Dacias will try this trick.
I like the shapes of the car. And the size as well, which is often an important thing with SUV buyers. I drove past a BMW X-3 and it didn't seem much bigger at all.

in the video at the min 4:49 you talk about the infotainment system and you mention specifically that the updated staff is coming very soon. Can you elaborate? What do you mean by updated staff and what is the expected release date?
Me personally I am slightly disappointed about the size of the infotainment system especially in comparison with the one for the 5th generation of Renault Clio....also it's location..... it seems that if you want to navigate we have to look somehow downwards for the infotainment system and therefore you do not have your eyes on the road at all times......
On the other hand the new 1.3 TCE engine seems to be remarkable one... having similar performance as a diesel engine (similar capacity) namely maximum torque starting from very low revs......

I've said "updated stuff", not staff. :) As in, there's going to be a new UI (and software) for Renault's infotainment. I believe it'll arrive in the new Clio (which should be coming fairly soon). The 1.3 petrol is a fun little engine, I do like it a lot. But it's pretty thirsty!

Can you tell us PROS and CONS comparing with Nissan Qashqai ?
They are close cousins , but I expect they have some differences ?

Noticeably huge difference, the transmission. CVT on Qashqai and EDC/Dual-Clutch on Kadjar.

LURVE the design of the car and the full LEDs and more but unfortunately, hate HATE the 7-Speed EDC. Its a junk of a transmission. They should have just gone with an Aisin/Jetco/ZF transmission with torque converter or even CVT. If you are driving around town where there are traffic-lights after traffic lights you will hate the EDC dual-clutch. Also, it guzzles petrol like drinking water compared to my previous rides. Hope in their future iteration they would consider changing the transmission or at least give options of both or more like what BMW is doing with their X1.

Those SUV-s should have bigger engines, at least 1.7 - 2.0 and not 1.3. Those 1.3 engines is for Renault Clio, Opel Corsa, Ford Fiesta and other cars this range.
