Time to learn some coloured chocolate decoration where you can mix colours with white chocolate to make unique classy garnishes to put on your cakes and desserts. In this video you will first learn how to color white chocolate using liquid colour. You can do this using couverture or compound chocolate. We try to put as little colour as possible and try not to make in dark colour as too much colour is not ideal. Once you have your coloured chocolate ready, we make small random colorful dots on a plastic sheet. We allow it to cool and set and then we pour white chocolate onto the plastic sheet over the dots. Once again allow it to cool and set. Once set use round cutters of different sizes to mark the size of circle or rings you want. Once this is done put the chocolate sheet in the freezer or refrigerator. You will know once the chocolate is ready when there is frosting on the plastic sheet. Once out of the freezer, we show you how to take the chocolates out and then you are free to apply them wherever you need. Remember to store it in an air tight container preferably in your fridge.
