- Part of my 3 months in Alaska flying my Piper Supercub I spent with young bush flying ace Bobby Breeden- he showed me some spectacular places to land our aircraft! Thanks Bobby in the orange Cub!

One of the best aviation videos I've seen. Between the Super Cubs, and the sights of the Knik River/Glacier Alaska area, it doesn't get much better than that.

Experimenting flights in the rough landscapes of Alaska, holding this maneuver so long may be really hard. That's a good work from pilots. This scenery really makes me remembering about Icelandic glaciers. Just beautiful, great editing and footages. One of the best plane shoots I ever seen on, gorgeous work and video. This video really deserves to be seen, by just a lot.
I wish here in Europe we the freedom to land wherever we please.... This is so cool!

This...this is what total freedom looks like. U might think u are free with ur cessna but it's nothing compared to this. The supercub is a nod back to simpler times. Times when it didn't matter how fast u could go or how tight u could turn or how comfy ur cabin was. This was a time where u could just have fun.

For aspiring pilots, it's important to note you must lock your wheels when water skipping (brakes) or you WILL sink the plane.
The wheels touching the water. It looked like that scene from Star Wars when the X-wings grazed the water, but this was real. Amazing tracking footage on the glacier. Well done!

Awesome. Taildraggers rule. I had an Aeronca Chief and a Cessna 140. Then the need for speed got me into an RV-4 that the builder couldn`t fly. Good times and I learned well.

Hi paul, easy to spot a foot launch pilot by the way you fly. I'm a hang glider and paraglider pilot and also have flown shell planes, ultra lights and airplanes, and the Piper Cub is one of my favourites. Such a toy!
