Morrowind Alchemist asks, "You do have a summon bound weapon spell? As my best strength spell will have you destroy even a Daedric weapon with one hit."
i was genuinely flabbergasted when i realized i had, HAD to consume the ingredients in order to learn their effects in skyrim 💀like okay yea eating a raw nightshade plant sure sounds like a good idea
It's almost impossible to create a potion without an enemy dropping a recipe, so in real life you need to bring a pen and trial and error your way through it
You join a temple, grind their quests and level up two of their skills until you unlock potion maker. You then use the recipes and ingredients that you collected overtime to make a potion that you never use. Alternatively you open up the potion maker from console commands
I mean is it worse than eatting diamonds, glass and raw metal ore? No idea what the Nevernerine pays for his Dental care but whatever it is it's worth it
Skyrim: loop restoration potions into smithing/enchanting potions for OP gear. Morrowind: Loop fortify intelligence potions into fortify potions for maximum game breaking. Oblivion: idk, I've never seen anyone do anything crazy with alchemy in that game.
Get your merchantial and alchemy skills in Oblivion boosted so hight that you buy ever piece of food in the Imperial City for a single septum, only to brew them into stamina potions and sell them for 50 each.
hypothetically speaking, you could rob every house, garden, field and monster corpse in oblivion and turn stolen ingredients into something more valuable while increasing your skills. otherwise you might become a master alchemist by just eating the ingredients...
Btw @Ulven I really love your videos! I only wish I had more Irl friends I could share them with. F.e. your one on dating in Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim one was fire! What happened to that one that you uploaded a couple times and got deleted before I could watch it? Thanks for all you do, your work is brilliant!
I thank you so much for your comment it's really heartwarming ❤❤ What video are you talking about ? It's quite rare that I delete videos so I'm curious Thank you again, best wishes :))
I have no idea and that's a very good question, so I googled it and apparently it's some "notes of pencil lead or a lead-like minerality". I still have no clue what that means. :)
In Morrowind I can get 200 each of 2 ingredients I know will make a fortify intelligence potion (so I can boost my intelligence and make better potions) and end up with like 35 potions. It's like swinging with my sword and missing. Never seen Breaking Bad, but maybe it could have included someone complaining about the failed meth batch, wasted ingredients, etc?
@@KcebnrohGaming skill issue (literally, just up your alchemy with fortify skill spell you can get it in like 5 minutes after you start the game), you can get like 200 potions that fortify your intelligence by 500 (which has an additive effect meaning if you drink three you get 1500 intelligence) in the first 10 minutes of the game, I even got a video showing that on my channel, it’s in Russian though. all of that applies to the TES3MP multiplayer fork of OpenMW too. sorry if it sounded pretentious just trying to help, you can prolly find a bunch of videos on that in English too if you look up like "fortify intelligence potions early" on RUclips idk.
@@KcebnrohGaming Like everything in the early game, I believe success rate is dependent on fatigue. Since alchemy doesn't "take time," you don't recover fatigue. So, you can accidentally screw yourself by not letting fatigue recover before doing potions. Literally, a lack of patience will mean less XP, potions, and money.
I am going into battle.. and I want your strongest potions.
My potions are too strong for you traveller
My potions would kill a giant let alone a man!

That's why Oblivion is amazing, you can make your own wine
And skooma!

Back when Oblivion was released I role played as a winemaker lmao
You N'wah !!
funni n woerd haha
I do love Oblivions music.
Wine increases fatigue so why do those damn imperials keep locking me up for drinking while riding my horse 😡
I swear, that oblivion music will always hit me right in the feels with nostalgia. Every time.
Same 😊
Oblivion has THE greatest soundtrack on earth.
Excuse me what? Ash yams + Netch leather, n'wah!
Lol
wow, had no idea you could do wine in Oblivion!
awesome vid in general. I lost it at the Skyrim bit.
Thank you ! :)
The Skyrim bit had me in tears...comedy gold and so true! Actually, all of it is comedy gold. Thanks for the laughs! 😁

I love to chew on some vampire dust from time to time
You can just mix and match the ingredients randomly, learning their effects that way
Or look up in the wiki, thankfully TeS wiki is second to Pokedex
Meanwhile, Alchemy in Daggerfall:
No, like, i have no idea what Alchemy in daggerfall is like, i've never used it.

To this day I'm pretty sure no human has ever touched the potion making in Daggerfall.
Yeah, Alchemy in DF is a pain in the ass to access, and in the end, it's barely even worth it.

Lol its just so good when in skyrim u make a poision of paralasys and lingering damage health that paralyzes for 34 seconds and does 340 damage.
Alchemy in Skyrim: restoration loop to make overpowered gear.
Alchemy in Morrowind: drain strenghth potions to get training for free without cap.
