There is one place I want to improve. Yeltsin had a bad heart. An American doctor operated on the heart. If you remember, Yeltsin’s speech was slow because of this. Therefore, he could not concentrate for too long. They gave him some kind of concentration aid. This remedy has a side effect of loss of coordination, it is like being drunk. Yeltsin probably drank, but probably no more than any American with a similar heart.
