My 1st journey I started with 175 locs. By year 12 I'd combined them down to 50. This set I have 52. I love thick locs! The only thing I struggle with is trying some of my go to styles now that I have some length at almost 4 years. Can't do some of them because my thick locs challenge me. But I do love the quick retwist! For drying, I always wash my hair 1st thing in the morning so they have the whole day to dry. In the winter I may have to sit under a dryer but summer I just hang out outside. Another con of laying on wet locs is it can cause flat locs. Ask me how I know...
Lol the "Ask me how I know" got me 😂❤️ Trial &error baby ! Thank you so much for that piece of advice though because I definitely didn't know about it causing flat locs but it makes PERFECT SENSE ! But wow , you really had did some combining that first go round ! I love me some thick locs so I like the current number of course . Styling can definitely be a challenge . But I think all of our struggles are worth it 💕
Lovely video 🤗! I especially enjoyed the tips about drying. Most times I wash my hair at night and don’t use a dryer. I will definitely start implementing these suggestions 👍🏿! Thanks for sharing Caira ❤️!
I love watching your videos they are so Informative I am learning so much more information from you I watched the whole dos and donts series it was so helpful 🦋
🥲🥰 That makes me feel so good . I'm glad I can help love ! Thank you so much for watching ! If there's ever any topics you want to see , don't hesitate to let me know & I'll try my best ❤️
Thanks queen...Will they still smell if I wash them every week and moisturize with water throughout the day..I am hardly around people lol...mine get really dried out I have to use a spray bottle to moisturize everyday...I put clove powder, ginger powder and EV olive oil
Hi Love ! I would say just be mindful of your Locs never getting a chance to dry , which may cause problems . Washing every week is quite often but I do know people who do it and they love it , it works for them ! But I'm glad you're putting moisture back in after your washes . But yes just make sure they are getting the chance to fully dry so it doesn't create any mildew smell . I'm gonna look into the clove and ginger powder , sounds awesome ! Thank you for that . &Hopefully that helps !
Yo u is funny as hell 🤣
