    The most comfortable note that you hit (low and high) is your real vocal range 🎶

    • @robert33232
      @robert33232 2 года назад +8

      Yeah. I just recently learned that. All about the 15 years before I didn't pay attention to it and I sounded horrible. (They told me not to sing high. But they actually should have said that I didn't sound good singing high.)
      They say - if you "own" the note then you can sing it quietly. I couldn't. I'm working now not on the range but on the quality.

    I'm a Kinda bass singer and my vocal range (chest only) is B1-F#4.My whole vocal range is A0-F#5(G5) and I'm a 15 years old.I Just love a low note and heavy deep voice like Geoff Castelluci,Tim Foust,J.D Summer,Ken Turner and the other bass singer,But I love high note to because they are a beautiful note and voice.I actually learning how to sing with all bass singer technique like growl,subharmonic man it helps me to sing a really really low note

  • @sarahchicago

    Now try it obeying the vowel rule (oo for the high notes)! That's actually a very important component, when you have to change the vowel to hit the note. And range isn't the only part of what your voice type is, timbre is arguably more important, because any professional singer can hit most notes, but their timbre is where their voice is "prettiest".

For me that's G2-A5 I can a lot higher and lower but that includes some awful notes if we count everything most people would have five octave ranges and not 2.5-3 octave average.

    My chest note bottoms out around Ab1, but I got an F#1 on a rare day. Highest note in flageolet is about Ab5, maybe slightly higher. And I inhale whistle about an octave above that, around Ab6. I need to learn how to exhale whistle and learn chest-fry mix so I can go lower. Subharmonics, I can reliably get an E1, sometimes lower.
