If i Change the size or Image detail it does Not safe it, and stays like before. So i am editing, and when i look the Video it did Not Change expect the time how a long you See one foto. Do you Know How to scale it right?

How do you do this from computer not phone. The pics I want to use are on computer. I do not want instagram to access all my photos on phone.
