Guys its not just dandruff its a condition called psirosis that requires dematologist attention as u may see when they comb for 4 to 5 time there is slight blood is seen which may worsen the contion and would be quite painfull to bear.
You should conishen your hair and comb your hair before washing it

Just go to the doctor. My scalp had what we call cradle cap in infants. It was psoriasis. There are medicines to help. Years later you may develop psoriatic arthritis. Meds for that. It’s an auto immune issue.

it's not healthy at all! as someone who had dandruff for several years and now has a clear and healthy scalp, I'd advise you to add a spoon of apple cider vinegar to a mug of water and rinse your hair with that and continue washing it twice a week!

Pls,pls don't tell this as satisfying and disgusting 😭🙏 as a person who have dandruff and frizzy hair was not able to achieve daily tasks, could not study properly,was itching 24/7 as hell, also having a lot of lice infestation due to dandruff. I went to the dermatologist and explained my situation, she tested me and told your blood group is like that and you have less melanin in your scalp and dry frizzy dandruff prone scalp. One final day , I shaved my head.Now I feel being in my heaven.❤

Dry scalp. Try to apply virgin coconut oil, with gentle massage and leave it 30 mins before you wash it. Dont let dandruff grow that much. Its a matter of proper hygiene.

You need a treatment with salicilic acid. I had an allergic reaction that made me have flakes similar to those and I used the oil from "As I am" for dry and itchy scalp

N I need to wear gloves when doing the dishes. But it's like I'm allergic to some gloves too. N I have to watch what I put in my hair. I'm using emu oil n my skin loves it, but it's not a cure. Epsom salt n Tumeric soap works good too. They have tumeric for hair also. I have to stay away from all fragrances. It's a job all by itself. I can't wait to find a solution for THIS SH!T!!😢

Egg white ,curd and lemon mix together apply it for 1 hour and then wash it with shampoo..u will get result within 2 washes.. repeat twice a week.

I used to have an ex that would let me comb out their dandruff like this. Wasn't quite a bad as this but it was still so satisfying to me. It never grossed me out.
I understand dead skin happens it is supposed to be removed regularly. I find this troubling and concerning for people who require this intervention, they haven't been taking care of themselves to the point where they need outside help. Well, I have long hair I've been growing it out and I always comb with this kind of comb and brush my hair every day. This is ignorance, lack of grooming education, product buildup and poor habits. No excuses. Native people do not get this kind of dandruff. This is a society problem.
