For bruises breaks and internal pains you can do a poultice of noni leaves (morinda citrifloia). Just rub a little bit of coconut or other oil on it, heat the leaf until it wilts and then put it onto the affected area and secure it in place. i always enjoy a bath of ceiba pentandra to mellow me out.
