I felt like I really needed to see your video, because I'm an INFJ and a highly sensitive person, but I've recently have been brave enough to step beyond my comfort zone. I took on a management role at work, and started expressing how I want to lead more in my bible study at church, but I've been worried about my anxiety, and those days where they are extra bad, but I feel that your pep talks were exactly the ones that I needed to hear. So, thank you.

Jeremiah 29:11 is my comfort verse. I love it because my fears usually center around the future and whether or not I'm messing that up, so it helps calm those fears.Thank you for the reminder to get into the Word more.

Thank you so much for talking and sharing about your anxiety and mental illness. I have anxiety as well. Listening to your advice and experience helped me understand that I am not alone. For me, mental illness has always been private to me. I dislike discussing about my anxiety to other people. But it is also important to talk about anxiety and other mental illness. Can't be afraid to express yourself.

Thank you so much for answering my question about finding other HSP's. Your answer was so very helpful and as always I am so appreciative that I found you and for the content you put out. It is always so moving and exactly what I need to hear every. single. time. I will forever be grateful for the positive energy that you radiate and for the way that you change so many lives, just being yourself. The world truly is a better place because of people like you. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day/night. 🌸

Thank you for this video. I'm 21 and feel like I'm more anxious than the younger me. And I'm always beating myself for it. I love that you said that we need to be gentle with ourselves. Also Bts really helps me feel so much positive. But One Republic and Tonight Alive are another doses of happiness that calms me down. And inspires me.

Never in my whole life had I felt so identified with someone, I feel like we are so similar in so many things but at the same time completely different in others. I watched this video at the perfect time and I did because I know that somehow your videos always bring me mind peace. Whenever I watch one of your videos it reminds me that I can be happy, and honestly today I needed that. I feel like if one day I were to meet you I'll probably start crying or smiling like crazy, there is no in between, jiji, somehow I feel that you understand me more than anyone, even though we've never met each other, but I just feel like that. Your content always brings a smile to my face, so I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart, thanks for reminding me that things can get better, thanks for making me smile even when I can't even remember how to do that, honestly thanks for existing. 😁💕

I can really relate to you feeling your faith doesn't collide with your anxiety. Every time I feel overwhelmed, panicked and anxious I feel I go to find peace in my favorite worship songs or bible verses, like lamentations 3:25-26 which once made a panic attack calm down or the song Prince of Piece (acoustic and studio) by Hillsong united :) always love to listen to your thoughts, Emma! Already looking forward to the next one.

I really love this video! Normally videos about dealing with anxiety don’t help because I’m anxious literally every moment of my life and there’s not off time from my anxiety. And most anxiety videos are about situational anxiety or anxiety that comes and goes. But this video is so calming and helpful! I’m also a Type 1 and being scared to do things wrong is where a lot of my anxiety comes from. Anyway, this is rambling now....... But I just wanted to say thank you for this video!!

Painting is my form of self care. Most of the time I don’t start off with an idea and just throw something on my canvas and see what it manifests into. Also cuddling with my cats really helps. I call Mable my therapy cat all the time because she’s so fun and cute. 😂💜
    I hope you’re having a wonderful day. 💜💜💜

This was a great video Emma! I'm a type seven on the enneagram and so anxiousness is always there in the back of my mind and recently it's been very intense due to college applications and having to narrow down my options (which is literally hell for us Sevens!). Watching this video was very helpful, because I think that among the chaos that is my senior year of high school, I've forgotten the importance of self-care and staying positive. So thank you for reminding me of their importance.

I haven't even finished watching the video yet, but I just have to say this - I've never related so much to someone I don't personally know. I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your experience. As someone who struggles with anxiety currently, it's so nice to hear that there is hope and that you can eventually feel better. Also I wanted to add some songs that personally help me with anxiety - I really love Keep Breathing by Ingrid Michaelson and also songs by Sleeping At Last - any song by them, but especially Silhouettes and Four (it's about enneagram type 4, they have a song four each type, which i love). ❤

Thank you so much for posting this. It made me start to tear up and was so beautiful. I've struggled with anxiety and depression since I was in Middle School, maybe even before that. I still struggle with it in my everyday life but not many people know because I focus on staying positive and projecting positivity in the world. I also write poetry as well on Wattpad (@Hannah_Janine ) and the comments that I get on my poems brighten up my day and help me to feel not alone. I feel like we are very simular in this way and I just wanted to let you know that you are making a difference and that people see you and love what you have to say. Keep being a light of hope in this world.
