Wheatgrass is gluten-free when harvested from a growing wheat plant without any seeds. Wheatgrass is the fresh sprouted leaves of the wheat plant. When people hear wheat, they automatically think gluten.

I would also add that millet it's probably smart to wash millet well with warm-hot water, and rub it between hands. There will be lots of bubbles, as they contain some kind of soap compounds - saponins. I usualy wash mine like that AND sometimes also soak it overnight.

I was on a 28 day fiber diet. I then cleaned out my stomach. Within 28 days I looked much better and much healthier. My mom was actually shocked that she saw them which difference in just 28 days.

The best , safest and calmest, simplest way then is, to stop any pleasure-eating and only eat real food for nutrition, at regular meal-times and in large enough quantities so as not to get low bloodsugar and other cravings. And take care of relationships, emotional hygiene, helping others, and practise daily prayer and meditation. Being calm and satisfied will help.
The Macrobiotics-healer-teacher George Oshawa, says in his book " The path to Health and Happiness", that among all the healing-diets, the Cereal-fast is the simplest diet to follow, because of its simplicity.
What does Dr Gundry say about Brown Rice today, is it still contaminated with some Arsenic? And does the goodness still overweigh the drawback of that? Thinking of doing a spring-cleansing of Brown-rice fast, not sure yet for how long. Probably not for 10 days in my instability and crisis. And maybe with a little fat(underweight). - Happy Easter!

While I greatly respect Dr. Gundry’s advice, I just can’t get on board with his evolutional inputs in some foods. Wheat is a grain that has been scientifically proven to be healthy when it is ground into fresh flour and bread made from it. ( Bread for Life, Sue Becker here on RUclips) it’s a long video but she covers it extremely well and she has the education to back it up. No processing, just good clean flour, olive oil, honey, yeast and water. It has not been stripped of its benefits and replaced with man made ingredients. It’s absolutely amazing. You can’t get this from a bag of store bought bread. It is a main staple throughout the Bible. God made it, it’s good. Enjoy it!

Wow, I love this talk. Dr Gundry sures know the pros and cons of foods regular and superfoods. I've studied superfoods for decades and never heard a lot of the super wisdom that Dr Gundry shares here on why some superfoods you shouldn't eat and many Health Store large mixes of superfoods etc contain a majority of what not to eat in them. Thankfully I've been slim and in perfect health all my life from 19 to a senior, whereas my twin brother gained 40 pounds and my other brother gained 85 pounds. I modified my diet about 5 years ago with Dr Gundry's Longevity Paradox book and his do and don't eat list of foods, which you can get that list free with a Google search. 'Live long and Prosper' Star Trek's Spoke's slogan is now even more a part of my super life. Last night I did a 80 minute Kundalini mediation and was in complete mental silence/quieted mind/thoughtless awareness. The 3 things are the same and the target of Abraham Hicks Law of Attraction suggestion that when you quiet your mind you let go of all resistance to being aligned with Source and your Vortex of your desires and on your path of well-being. That meditation was filled with life force energy Kundalini energy flowing through my brain and body and putting me in a state of bliss. Life is great when you are fit and healthy, happy and in the zone being directed by Source with impulses, insight and wisdom. Magic and miracles become more common place. The most important thing is to feel good right now. You can learn how to quiet your mind always free in person and on line from Sahaja Yoga (an advance meditation) they teach you always free. A 15 minute meditation to start your day and then when you go to sleep with have you feeling good Living In The Moment with many benefits. By the way I volunteered and taught Sahaja Yoga in a Toronto library for 9 years and the library complemented how much it benefited the library because of that.

Dogs and cats eat grass occasionally for its vitamins and fiber, they often vomit it because unchewed blades of grass are like fish bones stuck in their throats, NOT because : "grass is like wheat, wheat is poison and dogs know it because as everyone know dogs know much more than stupid humans, so stupid humans - do not eat wheat." @@AbedMuslim Thank you. That is helpful. I try not to get depressed. But things that were good are now bad. Chemo is my only hope. But I will keep fighting with the foods and walking exercises and I do use a lot of olive oil every day. My weight is good my oxygen is good. Just my taste is bad. Hopefully that comes back some day. But no sugar or candies. I haven't fasted yet. Nit sure if I can. But it is going to happen. Thank for your comments. It was very helpful to me. Glad someone out there is listening. Thanks

what has been proven scientifically: that the patient’s psychological state helps with recovery and healing from sickness. The stronger the patient’s morale, the more likely and speedy his recovery will be.
Some people were affected by this disease and recovered from it by the grace of Allah (GOD).
GOD Almighty says (interpretation of the meaning):
“No person knows what he will earn tomorrow, and no person knows in what land he will die. Verily, Allah is All-Knower, All-Aware (of things)”
      [Luqmaan 31:34].
You should understand that there is no disease that it is impossible for GOD Almighty to cure. as the Prophet Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah, (GOD) may He be glorified and exalted, has not sent down any disease but He has sent down a remedy for it. Those who know it know it, and those who do not know it do not know it.” ...

So that means we should peel pepers tomatoes and ubergines or at least that is impied . Will have to break the news to my old Italian mum Casave plantain etc at the end. Chips are not ground starch so whats the problem . 5/10

The idea that there is a simple, easy, silver bullet for perfect health is a lie, and everyone knows it. But, we still chase after the quick fix instead of a real solution. A fad diet instead of a steady approach to a new lifestyle.
A "super food" the way you define it is really a food you want, "in your diet," not dominating it. The more of them you incorporate into your diet, the better off you are.
