Gearbox and most of the drive train are standard Honda S2000. I even managed to use the standard prop shaft which has been shortened and re-welded and balanced. Its then bolted to a Sierra diff via a machined spacer. It means that everything was cheap to build and is bomb proof reliable in a much lighter car than standard.
Your're right this one makes 240 at around 8650rpm but the extra revs help me to use 4th gear for a little longer to get me to around 118mph on the limiter when I haven't quite got time for 5th. Not all that technical I know but I'm not a competitive racer so I'm not looking at swapping gearbox, its great everywhere else with this set-up. 3.92 diff and 205/60/13's for track work with standard gearbox puts the gearing slightly shorter than original car so it accelerates adequately.
Car has performed faultlessly since it went on the road Sept 09. Sub 4 secs to 60 and proven 150mph top speed. It's also a joy to drive around town and will give nearly 40mpg on a steady run. This is running the F20c engine from the S2000. Dyon proven 241bhp and 9400 revs.
Very precise and considerate driving. Found your vid by accident - and coming recently from the S2000 was great to watch. What is a Westfield with an F20C going to run to then - I fancy this?
Hi, thanks for your reply, I'm interested about the technical details around the adaptation of the gearbox, before the purchase a kit mega s 2000. and if you have some photos I'm interested too. best regards
Stunning, having had a Seight, this looks completely planted in comparison and significantly quicker. Great idea, top motor.

Hi, very fast car, i'me interested to known what is the gearbox on .
thanks for reply.

Why are you revving upto 9400? The engine doesn't make decent power past 9 with standard cams.
