As an importer of China goods I can tell you that after Trump and Xi battled over tariffs the cost of 90% of imported goods increased substantially. There is a customs fee and then what the Chinese call the Trump tax. In my experience cost of goods went up from 10% duty/tax fees to 25% in my industry. I pay that increase and have to figure it in to the wholesale or retail price of my products. Some categories went up even more. Trump was a big factor in inflation soaring and he is so ignorant on how things work. That does not surprise considering he filed bankruptcy multiple times. He is not good for the country. VOTE HIM OUT!
