One: Did u read the manga if no thats alr Two: There is smth that prevents sukuna in attack kenjaku not saying cus spoiler Three: Even tho gojo is not tired he prob still can be cuaght off guard due ot geto body talking to him and stuff. Secondly : since sukuna using his body alot itadori should have more sukuna moves..
