Alright, this one was a doozy. IDK how you'll top omnipotence (though it is only stage 1 omnipotence out of 5), but then again you don't necessarily have to. So, without further ado...
01: What If Goku Never Bumped His Head?: Overridden by 75.
02: What if Piccolo Fused With Kami in The Future Timeline?: Future Piccolo absorbs Future Kami, but it's not enough to stop the Future Androids due to the fact that they were made to kill a Gogito who was born in Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Ultra Ego Instinct, on top of other buffs (We'll get into what the hell I'm talking about later).
03: What if Goku Married Bulma?: Gogito, the Saiyan who lands on Earth, marries Bulma.
04: What If Goku Never Destroy The Red Ribbon Army?: The Red Ribbon Army change priorities from taking over the world to stopping the threat of Gogito once his mere powering up causes earthquakes, after all how can you rule a world that's been destroyed? Once an older and more experienced Gogito and his siblings have saved the Earth multiple times, they decide to ally with the Z Fighters (if just for pragmatic reasons at first), but Gero doesn't like that his plans were for nothing nor does he trust these aliens so the Android Saga still happens.
05: What If Goku Never Learned The Spirit Bomb?: None of Bardock's children learn the Spirit Bomb, not that it matters much in this multiverse.
06: What If Super Saiyan 3 Goku Killed Majin Buu?: Bardock's quadruplets' SSJ3 is enough to kill Majin Buu. Given what's coming up, I don't doubt it. Other what ifs override SSJ3 (LSSJ7BEI) Gogito/Gogeta/Kakarot/Kuhan being the one to defeat Buu though, since multiple have a certain someone else in mind.
07: What if Gohan Never Stop Training After The Cell Game?: Gogito has a son, let's say Gohanks, who trains throughout his life.
08: What if Goku Never Met Bulma?: Overridden by 03.
09: What if Kami Never Came To Earth?: Katas himself goes to Earth and becomes Kami and Piccolo instead of his son, but his son is still sent off to some other planet, let's say Beerus' World. Whis realizes the son of Katas has no name so he ends up giving him a Destroyer name, something like Coloche.
10: What if Master Roshi Found Goku?: Gogito's pod lands on Roshi's island. The many what ifs that make Goku land somewhere else were one of my inspirations for making there be multiple "Goku"s, so we didn't just discard most of them.
11: What if Bardock Left With Goku To Earth?: Bardock ends up escaping his planet's destruction with his family, but Gogeta, Kakarot, and Kuhan's pods end up being sent off-course.
12: What if Vegeta Killed Semi Imperfect Cell?: Cell dies by Vegito's hands before he can even become Perfect.
13: What if Future Gohan Trained Inside The Hyperbolic Time Chamber?: Future Gohanks trains with Future Piccolo in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. He ends up going to the past anyway after Future Piccolo dies to the Androids, partially because he knows there needs to be a Future Timeline.
14: What if Goku Achieved Super Saiyan 2 Instead of Gohan?: One of Bardock's quadruplets is the first Super Saiyan 2. Well, Legendary Super Saiyan 6 Beyond Mastered Ultra Instinct, but it's their equivalent to Super Saiyan 2 due to their base form.
15: What if Goku Never Died Against Raditz?: Sounds about right.
16: What if Vegeta Sacrifice Killed Majin Buu?: No need.
17: What if Goku Never Returned During The Buu Saga?: I doubt any of them would've died by then.
18: What if Gohan Never Broke The Z Sword?: Gohanks keeps the Z Sword. Old Kai is later released from it for 81.
19: What if Goku & Gohan Enter The Hyperbolic Time Chamber First?: Gogito calls dibs or wins a game of rock paper scissors or whatever.
20/21: What if Gohan's Kamehameha Blast Killed Majin Buu?/What if Gohan Killed Super Buu?: Gohanks is the one to defeat Buu. I say he knocks the Candy Beam back at Evil Buu before it can hit Good Buu, then eats the chocolate Evil Buu, gaining the Majin powers he for some reason didn't inherit from his father.
22: What if Goku & Vegeta Remained As Vegito?: Never got completed, but it does mean Potara fusion never got retconned. It's permanent, no matter who's using them.
23: What if Piccolo Killed Dr Gero?: Piccolo kills Dr. Gero.
24: What if Gohan Killed Frieza on Namek?: Gohanks is responsible for Frieza's first death.
25: What if Goku Landed on Frieza Planet: Might happen in the second or third timeline due to the butterfly effect.
26: What if Trunks Arrived During The Freiza Saga?: Future Gohanks ends up arriving much earlier in the Past/Present Timeline.
27: What if Goku Was A Human?: Let's say that Krillin is replaced by Gorillin, Grandpa Gohan's biological grandson, to represent this.
28: What if Goku Achieved Ultra Instinct Against Cell?: Redundant with/overridden by 42.
29: What if Goku Never Met ChiChi?: I'mma say this one gets overruled by 91, since that's more interesting than writing her out of the story. Closest thing to an inclusion here is that none of the Gokus marry Chi-Chi.
30: What if Zamasu Took Gohan Body Instead of Goku?: Gohanks is born as "Gohanks Black".
31: What if Goku & Broly Were Sent To Earth?: Karoly lands on Earth.
32: What if Goku Was A Female?: One of the reasons they're quadruplets, and the reason Gogeta and Kuhan are female in this What Ifinity.
33: What if Goku Vegeta & Broly Were Sent To Planet Vampa?: Kakarot and Vegito land on Vampa.
34: What if Goku Went Super Saiyan Against Tambourine?: Gogito goes Super Saiyan (or Super Saiyan 5 Beyond Ego Instinct) against Tambourine. Can't say why he'd need to since his "base" form would probably be more than enough to pound Orange Tambourine (which is possible, seeing as King Piccolo got the Orange form in 98) into the dirt, but hey, killing Krillin do be makin' for an angry Goku.
35: What if Trunks & Mai Stayed in The Present Timeline?: Rather than go to a new timeline the survivors of the Future Timeline's destruction decide to stay.
36: What if Goku Was Born A Legendary Super Saiyan: One of the contributors to the quadruplets' base form being Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Ego Instinct, and also the what if where Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Mastered Ultra Instinct came from in the first place. You know a what if is gonna be wild when it starts with a combination of two Ultra-tier transformations of other T23 what ifs.
37: What if Goku Went To Beerus World Instead of Yardrat: After escaping the destruction of Namek or equivalent event, Gogeta ends up on Beerus' World.
38: What if Broly Was Sent To Beerus World?: Broku (Basically Karoly but with Super Broly instead of Z Broly) ends up being sent to Beerus' world, meeting his fellow legend after the Namek Saga.
39: What if Goku Was Sent To Zeno World?: Redundant with 63 and 73.
40: What if Vegeta Was Born With God Ki: Vegito and uh, let's say Vetable (Tarble/Vegeta fusion), are born with God Ki.
41: What if Goku Was Born A Saiyan God?: On top of being Legendary, the Gokus are also divinity.
42: What if Goku Was Born With Ultra Instinct?: And deities with Ultra Instinct, no less. There's the second portion of Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Ultra Ego Instinct.
43: What if Goku Was Born A Half Angel?: Gogito is a half-Angel due to 72.
44: What if Goku & Vegeta Were Born As Vegito?: The third quadruplet, but due to 83, this Vegito is a Gogito.
XX: The Tournament of Goku! (Seasons 1-3): Not a what-if. Not counting it. You already know how I feel about it.
45: What if Goku & Vegeta Remained As Gogeta: A fusion dance mishap makes some fusion end up permanent. Karogito (Karoly/Vegito), maybe? Or Vogeta (Android 21 (Vomi)/Gogeta)?
46: What if Goku & His Family Escaped To Earth?: Kinda jumped the gun on this one by going over it in 11 but whatever.
47: What if Goku Was Born With Destroyer Ki?: Kuhan is the Destroyer to Gogito's Angel. Kakarot is the Supreme Kai, and Gogeta is set up to be the next Omni-Queen.
48: What if Goku Was Born With Omni Ki?: There's a couple what ifs that make this redundant, but let's say the whole sibling tetrad gets the omni ki even if only one of them is actually related to Zeno.
XX: Hero of Z (Seasons 1 & 2): Could technically be considered a what if but it's too different from the other what ifs to really count if you ask me. Probably won't be involved at all unless you want to lend a spark of your own Syed ki to Bardock's triplets.
49: What if Goku Vegeta & Broly Were Sent To Earth: I said in the last summary that maybe Tarble would go in Vegito's stead because Vegito was already sent to Earth, but maybe having Tarble be born as Vetable would be able to make that closer to this what if.
50: What if Goku Was Born With God Ki?: I mean they're Saiyan gods already so yeah of course.
51: What if Goku Went SSJ4 Against Master Roshi?: Redundant with/overridden by 82.
52: What if Goku Was Born With Frieza Potential?: On top of the already overpowered skillset they're building, the triplets also grow ridiculously fast.
53: What if Goku Was Born A Saiyan Kai?: Mentioned/explained in number 47. I'll explain why I'm calling the third quadruplet Kakarot.
54: What if Gohan Was Born With Mystic Power?: Another sadly-left-unfinished one, which is especially a shame now that Beast Gohan is a thing. Can be now though.
55: What if Goku Kept His Tail?: Considering how 82 turned out, all surviving Saiyans are probably keeping/regrowing their tails.
56: What if Goku Was Sent To King Kai World: Kakarot ends up on King Kai's planet, learning the art of Kaio-ken and eventually getting Supreme Kai training. He already looks the part, after all.
57: What if Goku Was An Android?: Gogito is converted into an Android by Dr. Gero, becoming more like Android 21 than Cell due to 64.
58: What if Goku Was The King of All Saiyan's?: Planet Bardock instead of Planet Vegeta. Maybe more Saiyans evacuate since Bardock takes the royal family with him (though some pods go off course).
59: What if Goku Was Born An Elite Saiyan?: Instead of 5, the base power we're working off of is 5,000, so the triplets are 1,000 times as strong
60: What if Goku Was Born With Demonic Ki?: Mixing the divine with the demonic would be interesting.
61: What if Goku Was Born in Universe 6?: Since so many of these other what ifs depend on Goku being born in Universe 7, we can just have King Gogeta from 44 be here, albeit as King Vegota (Metamoran counterpart of Gogito) instead.
62: What if Goku Was Born As Goku Black?: Last time I said this one would either be used to explain how Goku is a Saiyan Kai or combine with 30 to make Gohan be born as Gohan Black, well why not both? We've got at least two Zamasus to work with. Though due to how Zamasu acts as an ally in 53, 83, and 84, he's not doing this maliciously. One goes to the past and wishes to be one with Kakarot, thus making Kakarot be born as Gomasu/Merged Zamasu (though he keeps the name Kakarot to avoid giving himself away) and the other wishes to be Gohanks, which leads to stable time loops.
63: What if Goku Escaped To Zeno World After Namek?: Gogito ends up at Zeno's Palace after escaping Namek's destruction. Daishinkan is astonished to see his son again before he'd planned.
64: What if Goku Was Born A Majin Saiyan?: Add in Majin powers to taste.
65: What if Goku Went Back To The Past: Timeline 3's basis. See 76 for details.
66: What if Goku Was Born With Moro Power's: Between the evil magic, the demon powers, and the Majin powers, each Goku is basically the Buu Saga's villains all in one.
67: What if Goku Achieved Ultra Instinct Against Vegeta?: Redundant with/overridden by 42.
XX: What if Goku Was Born A Kyrptonian Saiyan?: No.
68: What if Goku Was Sent To Supreme Kai World?: Could replace number 56. The order in which he goes to King Kai's Planet and the Sacred World of the Kais doesn't change that much since he'll probably still go to both.
69: What if Goku & Vegeta Were Sent To Earth?: 33 and 49 already got everything about this covered.
70: What if Goku Learned God Ki Earlier?: Redundant with/overridden by 50.
71: What if Goku Was BETRAYED & LOCKED Up on Planet Prison?: With how powerful the Gokus would end up getting, along with number 79, it makes sense. Probably even more sense than the original version of this scenario made. Also, this one's the origin of the Ultra Ego Instinct form.
72: What if Goku Was Daishinkin Son?: Gogito (since he's the half-Angel) is Daishinkin's son, put into Gine's belly with Goku.
73: What if Goku Was Zeno Son?: And Gogeta is Zeno's daughter, getting the same treatment.
74: What if Goku Was Born With DRAGON KI?: Dragon power on top of all that? These kids seem to be magnets for phenomenal cosmic powers.
75: What if Goku Become A Genius After Bumping His Head?: Gogito bumps his head hard (it'd have to be pretty hard to even damage a Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Ultra Ego Instinct Gogito, even a baby one), but instead of this brain trauma causing him to lose his memory and a chunk of his intelligence, it causes a brain-zenkai that makes him a genius.
76: What if Goku Was Reborn With His MEMORIES & POWER?: Okay so the three timelines (not counting Future). Timeline 1: Kakarot, Gogeta, Gogito, and Kuhan were brought into the world for the first time, with Zeno and Daishinkan being sure that the four would be destined for greatness, but wouldn't be ready within a mortal lifetime. The other gods end up locking the three Saiyans away on Planet Prison due to suspicions that they're the return of/successors to Mortal 786, after all they do have his same corrupted ki (we'll get into that on a later what if), but well, it doesn't go well for them or the multiverse. Timeline 2: The destruction throughout the multiverse was so great that the Saiyan triplets had to relive their lives from the start, but with their memories and powers intact, and things go a bit differently since they're able to get the real Mortal 786 and prove their innocence (not to mention the butterfly effect). Timeline 3: They then go back to the day Planet Bardock was destroyed as grown adults...
77: What if Goku Was The OMNI KING Instead of Zeno?: ...and take their rightful place as the Omni-King and his attendants.
78: What if Frieza Became GOOD?: Frieza becomes a pure-hearted man and ally to the Z-Fighters.
79: What if Goku Was Born With Cumber Ki?: The very same Evil Aura that got the Saiyans who'd normally be of such high standing treated like criminals.
80: What if Goku Was TRAPPED inside The HYPERBOLIC Time Chamber: Gogito ends up trying out the Hyperbolic Time Chamber as a kid, but obviously is more than strong enough to accidentally destroy the entrance to the chamber without a need for Bojack to intervene. It probably wouldn't take all that long to tear a hole in reality itself and escape.
81: What if Goku Got MYSTIC POWER'S instead of GOHAN?: Kakarot sees the Z Sword after Gohanks has had it for a while and Zamasu's memories remind him that Old Kai is trapped in there. He "accidentally" breaks the Z Sword, releasing Old Kai and earning himself and his triplet siblings the ritual, which Gohanks doesn't need since he was born with Mystic and has probably already advanced it to Beast by that point.
82: What if Goku Was Born As A Super Saiyan 4?: The final piece of the Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Mastered Ultra Instinct puzzle.
83: What if Goku & Vegeta Was Born As GOGETA & VEGITO?: So before this, we had Goku, Goka, and Vegito as the triplets, but thanks to this, Goku is born as Gomasu/Merged Zamasu, Goka is born as Female!Gogeta, and Vegito is born as Gogito. Vegeta is obviously born as Vegito, and as previously mentioned King Gogeta is born as Vegota. Z Broly and Super Broly coexisted in order to fulfill the two what ifs about him being sent to planets other than Vampa, and they'd likely be born as Karoly and Broku respectively. Plus, of course, Gohan -> Gohanks and Tarble -> Vetable. Other optional born-as-fusions-of-themselves-and-another scenarios to add include Gine -> Towane, Bardock -> Barlot, Raditz (or Turles) -> Turtz, Nappa -> Natz, Goten -> Gotenks, Trunks -> Trunten, and Bulla -> Bulpan. And that's just the Saiyan ones, though doing more than just ones involving Saiyans will probably be overkill. Maybe for another what if.
84: What if Goku & Vegeta Were BETRAYED & LOCKED in Whis Staff?: In Timeline 2, Whis (and maybe the other Angels aside from Daishinkan) ends up loyal to the previous Grand Priest that you've shown in some what ifs, so when the Saiyans are given special treatment by Daishinkan and Zeno, he gets pissed and with Grand Priest's help (and a lot of training from him considering how far ahead the Saiyans would be at that point), locks up Gogito, Gogeta, Kakarot, Vegito, and Vetable. Much deicide ensues.
85: What if Goku Was RAISED By ZALAMA?: Okay so one of the Goku Siblings ends up getting the guidance of Zalama and Super Shenron. Maybe all of them in some timeline or other.
86: What if Goku Was Sent To Beerus World?: The easiest way I can think of to incorporate this one is to just turn the Gokus from triplets to quadruplets, adding a sibling who ends up being the one to land on Beerus' world. Let's say Kuhan.
87: What if Goku Was RAISED By HIT: Now this one's a bit easier. Despite the actual what if being about a Goku who was born in Universe 7, which would make us need to go from quadruplets to quintuplets, but we already have a Goku who was born in Universe 6 and also assumes the role of King Gogeta from 44, so we can just have Vegota end up being raised/trained by Hit.
88: What if Goku Was BORN With ULTRA EGO?: Instead of Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Mastered Ultra Instinct, the Gokus are born with Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Ego Instinct.
89: What if Goku Was Found By Dr Gero?: While the rest of the family's pods (out of the ones that land on Earth) land on Roshi's Island, Gero ends up finding and studying Gogito. Since Goku becomes and Android much earlier here than in 57, he also becomes an Android early here. Vomi likely becomes Android 21 early too, since Gero has access to Majin data early.
90: What if Goku Was BORN with YAMOSHI Potential?: The quadruplets all get Yamoshi's potential. Combining this with Frieza's potential means they're gonna really be a force to be reckoned with. We may have to introduce other multiverses so there's more room for this growth to reach.
91: What if Chi Chi Was A SAIYAN?: Chi-Chi is born a half-Saiyan, daughter of Ox-King and Fasha/Selipa. This means she'll most likely join the Z-Fighters and be a great asset to the team (albeit obviously nowhere near the Vegetas or Brolies, let alone the Gokus).
92: What if Goku Never EXISTED?: This was a good what-if, but it's also like... well, how do we even use this one without undoing pretty much all our work? Maybe there's a Timeline 0 where the quadruplets and Vegota were never born. Things would go a bit better than in the original what if since King Bardock and his family would still be on Earth and they'd probably beat Buu and get the Super Saiyan God and whatnot, but all those threats that'd be strong enough to necessitate the Gokus being born so strong, so full of potential, and also there being five of them across two universes, they'd need to use the Super Dragon Balls to wish that great warriors capable of taking down those threats would be born in time to be in their prime and at full power in time to stop the threat.

94: What if GOKU & GOHAN Were TRAPPED inside The Hyperbolic Time Chamber?: During the training for the Cell Saga, Gogito accidentally destroys the entrance to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber again. He could probably bust back out even more easily than before unless the chamber had been reinforced, which it would probably have to have been in order to prevent the Chamber from being outright obliterated by such powerful characters' mere presence.
95: What if GOKU Landed on NARUTO World?: Since this is landing there after Namek instead of landing as a baby like most what ifs with this type of title, we don't have to add yet another version of Goku. Instead, either Kakarot or Kuhan ends up finding the wormhole to the Naruto universe (or just busting open the fabric of space and time themselves during training or smth). Needless to say, unless we've got an equivalent level of shenanigans to buff the Naruto world as we've gotten for the Dragon Ball multiverse, all who oppose the Saiyan are in for a bad time. If the villains didn't stand a chance against a post-Namek canon Goku, they'd be basically nothing to a T23 what if Goku at the equivalent point, let alone any of the What Ifinity quadruplets.
96: What if GOKU VEGETA & BROLY Were Sent To ZENO BEERUS & SUPREME KAI World?: Goku going to Zeno's World is redundant with 39, but Vegeta being sent to Beerus' World and Broly being sent to the Sacred World of the Kais are new. Rather than add new siblings, though, perhaps changing where they're sent is an aspect of Timeline 3, or even a fourth timeline where an even stronger Cipher interferes.
97: What if Goku Was Born A Demonic Angel?: Technically not entirely redundant despite being a combination of 43 and 60 on the surface, since Goku has not just Demon Ki but also DNA. The Gine -> Towane change is the obvious way to incorporate the core premise into the What Ifinity. Other features can be added in to taste.
98: WHAT IF GOKU Was Born OMNIPOTENT? (YOU ARE HERE): As if we didn't have enough overpoweredness, we've got omnipotence to stack on top of all the previous boosts. The Goku siblings could probably crack the universe in half as babies, and they've got three or four timelines to perfect and advance that omnipotence. Speaking of timelines (or continuities/multiverses in this case), perhaps Iroh's actions against the Gokuverse were what caused the instability responsible for the What Ifinity timeline/continuity/multiverse to begin with?
