The SRF is such a fun car. I completely agree, once you’ve driven a purpose built race car you never view street cars (even highly prepared) the same way again.
Ever since I was a kid I've loved the formula fords. They must be such a blast to drive in close race (which every FF race I've seen is)! There is a beautiful Formula Atlantic (I think) sitting in one of the garages last year when I went to Pineview, and it looks like they are expanding the track for a longer/faster circuit option. Unfortunately my dad sold the car this last year and moved to a gen 2 modified MR2. It was a surprisingly fun drive, but doesn't quite match the SRF still- but he can get to the track and back without spending half the day unloading and loading. Thanks for the comment!
I'm watching 'again'... You come from an incredible family formation. I'd love to know another family story. I hope to visit the track from Detroit. Kind Regards to all, Doug
Nice video and welcome to the SRF community. Get yourself the new hoosier tires, have shocks rebuilt and make sure you are running the vented rotors and it will be even more amazing. Take it to a less twisty track and you will be amazed even more.
Love your videos, make more please. I've watched them all. For car or sea sickness for you or your kids. Try chewing or sucking on candied ginger, it is well known for it and it really helps me. Have a happy, enriching New Year. Thank you
Nothing in particularly has been particularly effective for Heather's motion sickness aside from dramamine (ginger candies, don't know if that is the same as candied ginger and she hasn't tried straight ginger root, decrease her chance of throwing up but she still feels awful). But she even gets motion sick when driving from time to time (particularly when she is tired or at night). *She does not take dramamine if she will be driving.
Great Job and story, well done. This is wonderful to hear of your Dad's story w/racing, his fatherly love for his kids and your gratitude.

Great family story.
Looks like a great little track. I did formula Fords at Mosport and Shannonville 40 years ago.

Now I need to find an arcade so I can go play Pole Position! Haha! Thanks for sharing!
Love, love this.
