"locking chuck" = a key "this piece right here" (the two green things that hold the neoprene coupling) = coupling hub (probably a lovejoy s-flex) "this little notch here" = keyway "locking screw" = setscrew (sometimes called a grub screw)
Great video!! If you want to up your game take "as found" measurements with the old motor prior to being pulled,. Measurements would be current draw, alignment numbers, vibration numbers, and temperature numbers. After the new motor is in repeat those measurements so you know how good the install really is. If the vibration sig is 0.1in/sec in any direction attention is required. If any of the measurements are higher than the previous pump motor then that can lead to a fruitful investigation. This is precision maintenance, when many measurements are made and compared to insure the new install is as good or better than the last install. I suggest using the RD Align app or the RD Align Pro app a laser will get to only 0.001" or 0.025mm those sound like small measurements but operating clearance of bearings are measured in micrometers or 0.001 mm, or about 0.000039 inch.
