Thank you. Everyone bathes in the river, washes their cars in the river etc etc. it’s the way of the ppl/ land and I think intention has a lot to do with how harmful certain things are. I give back 💛
I'd definitely reconsider it... alot of those chemicals are toxic.. I come from an African country where stuff like that damaged our rivers ecosystem that it wasn't salvageable. Either way, loving your journey!

You need to add honey roasted cashews on your site, if you sold fruit I would definitely buy. I am def supporting you, I’m gonna tell my friends to support as well. Your are smart for being in Jamaica, it is a place that has everything you need for wellness. I marvel that people so brazenly use soap in rivers, or natural water sources. Its very obviously bad for the ecology of the river, fishes and others that find habitat in them, and unhygienic as other people may drink river water. It shows a huge lack of consideration (environmental, ppl or otherwise), sensibility, and conscience.
It is very easy to judge different cultures and their practices. Can you survive in an environment where your running water is constantly shut off due to lack of proper piping and weather conditions? Can you handle going days with no running water? How about no electricity? What if you cannot afford to pay the water commission bills? I too had a privileged outlook on these things- no worries. Hopefully your mind has expanded- these are the real realities of living in a rural countryside 💡
