this cottage build in 2016 and still this is available for sale....2 days before i had visit this property and i meet the owner of this property, still he demand 65lacs .....as per my experiance this property not more then 40 lacs .....owner said that its total area is 1.25 Nalli but when i visit that it is not even 1 nalli... another thing that when you came from road to this property then on the steps you find a cow house (tabela).....so if any body want to buy this property then think properly....

Kindly show similar Cottages in similar price range at the same location with proper road access & proper Car parking in the cottage compound itself. It is unimaginable to spend 70 lacs & keep once vehicle at an isolated road which is almost a 300 feet climb from your house. Because of no accessible road upto the property the cottage cannot be sold for more than 40 lacs.
Not more than 25 lacs.

No road for car.Climbing stairs everyday can be very painful. Pinewood is the worst kind of wood to use in a house.

These people are frauds as why anyone will buy the house for triple the price and no road is connected and it's difficult for people who work.................
1. Parking is on main road. 300 steps almost climb from the villa.. trouble esp. in night time or peak rainy season
2. It's not even semi furnished.. so another headache of transporting furniture, kitchen appliances and so on...
50L would still be understandable.. but it's 70L.. not ideal.
