@I see A lemon Usually rappers have a good amount of verses on deck in their head. They can range from slow, fast, trap, old school, to even electronic beats. Eventually you rap them so much that as soon as you hear a beat you know what verse to put on it. Kinda like a Jazz musician does with certain licks. They've got a bunch of pre-practiced melodies they use for certain chord changes but people still call it Improv. Long explanation but yea lol
