So much respect for Chance he didn’t just went to visit Ghana, he’s embrace our culture, history and much respect to him. Akwaaba chance🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
Ghana gate way to Africa
He was just that desperate, he used your culture to do it! Just too blind by his stupid 3 hat to see it Lmao
real shit
Once we get our FBA, Hebrew Israelites, Afro Hispanics, Caribbean, Pacific Islanders, Afro asiatics to get on board and realize we need to stop fighting each other and know that Afrika is the motherland the DNA& everything else is secondary
@@Damari90 You sounding like the very people that oppressed you for hundreds of years. That superiority complex shit gotta go.
Him helping Anita Baker get her masters will always make me a fan of his. So many of our greats were screwed over back them and many are still paying the price. We know the game now, and if we can reach back and help those who opened the door for us, that’s the least we could do.
💯💯💯💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I'm lucky enough to have gone to school with Chance and I'm inspired by his growth and maturity. Our city needs representation like him! Keep up the amazing work💪🏿
there is a flip side to that though, you're unlucky enough to have not gone to school with me 😁
Facts, we need that rep in the world too! The Rapper is nice and even more of how he is as a man. 💯💯💯💯💯💯
First country in West Africa to get its independence was Liberia not gonna other than that everything else he said was good
Yes So proud of Chance ! His Intellect and growth in knowledge expands his mind to experience different homelands of Africa . Chance Giving back to which he came from while giving knowledge & Elevating his Craft. I’m so proud of This King! 😘
Very well said Quentin Allen . ♥️💪🏾
Chance’s outlook on Africa is deep. I love that he said its not just about moving there , knowing dances etc. Africa has so much wealth not just in a financial aspect but in the food, the culture, the nature etc. its healing !
I think that Americans should also know Africa isn’t just Ghana and Nigeria its so much more. Every part of Africa teaches you something , and what makes it so beautiful is how many different cultures there are
Loved this interview
True, I lived in Ghana 10 yrs...miss it...can't wait to get back.
But Ghana is the only one doing something about the black ppl around the globe 🌎. Ghana 🇬🇭 gate way to Africa.
@@mykelsackey8034 you can still travel everywhere in Africa.
He's on its Wakanda starter pack, go easy on him
💥💥💥
Nothing but realness, self awareness, humility, intelligence and positive vibrations from this brotha..... keep pushing on Chance.
absolutely! inspiring..
Idk about the humility part
I don't know about the self-awareness and humility part. He kind of gloats on about like he's obsessed with his own voice and like he's the only human in the room, but realness and intelligence/good vibes for sure
Straight up💥💥
Chance is such a deep, knowledgeable black man no wonder he is so loved wow
Shout Out From Ghana 🇬🇭 Everything Chance speaks about Ghana is 1000% True and y’all welcome this December To GHANA 🇬🇭!!!!!!
I am very proud to be a Ghanaian. Listening to The Chance the rapper talking about my country , gives me butterflies also , happy . Ghanians we needs to cherish what we have !!
And Africans don’t like Black Americans
He’s what’s RIGHT in hip Hop.. his own man, not cookie cutter, can party and lift up at same time… AND HE STANDS FOR SOMETHING
Chance is one of my fav celebrities to watch.
I appreciate the gems he dropped. I had to open another window to research some of the points he made.
Blessings to the brotha 🤎✊
What do him bein a celebrity got to do with anything
@@allaboutthemurzic idk how you managed to find a problem in what they wrote
Did they really try to say Chance image wasn’t squeaky clean cuz he dropped Acid rap all those years ago? Chance image is 100% squeaky clean now
Facts

The best interview, what he speaks about Africa's, Ghana is in important.
I understand what he’s saying is important. But to say “best interview” lol bro chill

I love his insight about the concept of globalized black communities in the places wherever we find ourselves.... awesome.
Black people arent a monolith
Fantastic interview! Love the space he's in and Charla, Envy, and Yee for letting him get his thoughts off.
This interview was both informative and captivating. Definitely going to watch more of Chance’s interviews now.
Ghana is beautiful. I enjoyed my time there and I pray I can go back or explore other countries in Africa. It’s great to hear Chance speak so highly of Ghana and black unity✊🏿
Black people arent a monolith
@@allaboutthemurzic shut up. Who said we are? Go put on your cape and fight for Jack Harlow w your self hating ass. 🦝 Under every comment being negative.
This guy is so Dope . All of his interviews are filled with knowledge and growth I love it !
As a Ghanaian, thank you Chance
Yes 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭 being of Ghanaian heritage it is interesting to me that people don't know about all of this. My father always taught me culture and a strong sense of indentity. Very important.
Great interview. Very uplifting and informative.
Chance! He is the only artist that embrace being a RAPPER over a Rockstar! Salute
Good point!
eh not so much a rapper now. Still an artist though
@@seanclarke3680 naw he’s still a rapper, he just likes to also do vocals.
Correction only young rapper
The best BC interview this year. Chance puts everyone on! The true meaning of my brothers’s keeper! ❤️✊🏾
I just want Chance to understand that there's nothing wrong with his image. He's been intentional about healing and growing for years now and it's showing. That's it.
Our only issue with Chance was he put out a truly dog shit album after putting out great music and making us think he was just going to keep going. But I get it, he had to do his own thing. It just sucks because his "own thing" produced one of the worst albums I've ever heard. But regardless, he has already proven himself so all that means is he needs to put out some dope shit which I think he will do
I admire Chance The Rapper, for his social consciousness, generosity and good deeds he does consistently. He's highly intelligent and very deep! 💯May God bless him in all his endeavors! 🙏🏾Peace Brother! #fortheculture 🖤💚❤
Great interview. I don’t listen to Chance’s music but I witnessed his come up from a far. I also hear the negative things ppl speak about him. This was a great conversation. Good for him.
That’s a blessing that you don’t. You can’t get that time back.
Best way I've heard it put so far. Human connections. Big up Chance. Love from Zambia🇿🇲
i appreciate how much he was paying attention to the Ghanaian history :) Even remembered the independence date and all. Glad you loved it and it was an enriching experience
I love Chance and this interview. He took over this interview and they were listening. They liked listening to him too lol
Love love love Chance the rapper!! I just want to hug him I feel like he gives the best hugs.
Chance the Rapper has a great infectious energy about him.

I was getting tired of seeing parts of this interview on Facebook so I came here to watch the full one . I became a fan of chance the rapper a long time ago
The HBCU from the beginning was Lincoln University.
He speaks with so much passion which I can so relate.
LOOOOOOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS INTERVIEW!
I saw this and had to immediately watch as I ain't seen a Chance interview in a min. I loved his last album, it just wasn't what we all had expected as he said here
Really happy that Chance is back and not letting the last project reception bring him down
“Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.”

This is so prophetic I hope everyone gets what he is saying ... I will be in African in Jan also

I just love, love, love, Chance The Rapper so much!!! He’s so underrated and deserves more recognition! I’m hoping he comes out with a new album soon! “Coloring Book” was such a dope album 💿! Such an amazing Chi-Town guy ❤️❤️‼️‼️🙌🏾
More recognition? He's won grammys
@@PaavoPlatform Bye Paavo
He is not underrated at all. His last album just wasn’t very good, and he hadn’t realeased much since. He’s a good rapper for sure. He just has to find his lane and balance his image with good music consistently.
@@TheIcemanthomas the reason it seems like he’s underrated is because in this generation when we mention rappers and whos the top artist hes never mentioned. just like big sean it seems like they fly under the radar alot

This is interview is soooo good!
Man shout to Chance for being Chance. It would be good to see a Chicago music series with Kanye, Chance, Lupe, Common, and so forth. But the last thing Chance mentioned about the art world instantly made me think of Ms. Mural from Drill Music In Zion
NA NA NA I GOT ANGELS 🎶...I got angels 🎶🔥❤️🤟🏿 - chance the rapper
Been to Ghana and South Africa many moons ago great to see my people traveling to Africa it’s an experience and they always welcome us black Americans… more of yaw’ll need to try and Go!!!!!

THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT THAT dna trail...
9:17 it's actually very easy, especially as a black artist, to set up shows in Africa and The Caribbean. And the DJs, Promotors, Tourism officials, they will all roll out the red carpet and be so welcoming and accommodating. Because it's appreciated, as it doesn't happen often. The reality is that the industry was led by white men who did not prioritize bringing artist to Africa/The Caribbean. And it's given the artist a false impression that those places are not interested, easy to navigate, or worthwhile. Happy artist are now gaining more autonomy and independence and realizing what's what.
They don’t play there cuz they don’t care. Chance seems to care tho
Y’all don’t understand how the currency exchange is tragic ! 1 dollar in USA is 500 dollars in most 3rd world countries!! So if any black American artist does a sell out show in a basic 3rd world country the money will automatically decrease by 90% once converted back to USA
@@javionriley8739 See that's the misconception she's talking about. Black people in Africa do have money, they can afford to pay those tickets that most artist perform for in the US. Most artist have been hindered from coming because they have been told they won't get paid enough if they perform in Africa but that's the misconception.
@@javionriley8739 this is not true. As someone who has gone to shows abroad and worked with artist, most set prices to account for currency exchange rates. Artist losing 90% of profit by performing in Caribbean or African countries is an absolute non-fact. There's a reason why you've never heard of artist themselves complaining about earning money outside of Europe or the US once they've actually gone and done shows elsewhere.
THE ONE AND ONLY CHANCE THE RAPPER! LOVE HIM! WISHING YOU LOVE, PEACE & SOUL!!!🖤❤💚
I love when he was going off at the end. That’s right Chance! Talk that shit! These niggas could never!!!
