- Here's my 4AM realistic routine as a mom with 2 kids under the age of 2. I thought I would share this video to show how much it has positively effected me as well as let you in on some behind the scenes of our lives.

I'm actually REALLY digging this newer raw version of Glory and her commentary! It's nice to see the more serious side of her and relate on the parenting aspect of things. I like this style of video a lot, just a short snippet and doesn’t seem like an invasive vlog.

Don't forget to focus on yourselves and take dates and breaks from the kids if ya need to. Also don't forget to seek help if ya feeling overwhelmed or mentally exhausted. Yall adorable and wish the best for yall 🥺❤️
I hope Matt is alright. life can be so compressive, but there are so many beautiful things to enjoy vs the bad. having little ones is hard, but you're raising future best friends for life. sending good vibes to you all!
This will be my life soon. 34 weeks with a 15 month old right now. Stay at home mom and taking college classes online. Thanks for this, it's so relatable!
Don't give up, Even though not seems like an endless struggle now, find joy in the time with your children. Time doesn't flow in reverse, treasure each moment, even the challenges, because they aren't repeated. Keep a plan and goal so you don't lose track of what you want to achieve. But be flexible enough to follow the leading of God and trust in His will for your life. It seems like an oxymoron, take your own plans only to give them up to God's will but 25+ years ahead of you now, and it was all worth it. He knows the desires of your heart and moreover what is truly best for you. Trust him completely. (That by the way isn't something that happen by "automatically". it's the result of a daily consistent relationship that builds over time)

Keep your head up Matt and work through those emotions brother. Even though you guys chose not to post the video, I’m glad you were able to verbally discuss how you were feeling out loud and not allowing it to fester intentionally. Glory, waking up early is definitely the vibes! I wake up at 5 am now and I’m so much more productive. I suffer from seasonal depression so a lil piece of a routine during these colder months helps me tremendously. Happy holidays to the slice and rice family and a happy new year. My mom gave me great perspective. She said, enjoy every moment because they grow up so fast. This was the best advice Glory because in a blink of an eye, my son is 11 and daughter is 4. Can’t go back to those precious newborn days are toddler years -and you’ll miss them so much one day. Seasons change and you and Matt will get through this. You should make more videos like this, it was so organic and fun to watch. The chill music was a nice touch too. You guys should make vlogs of your day to day life. It’s not fear. It’s called knowing the realities of motherhood. If anything, as a society we’ve been romanticizing motherhood for too long. Young women should definitely be aware of everything a potential pregnancy implicates. Not all women are meant to be mothers
How about encouraging to follow the path that's right for you? For some, that's motherhood and for others it's choosing to not have children. Personally, I've known since a very young age I don't want kids. I feel like for years having children has been glamorized and it's nice to see people talking about the reality of having kids.

I think Matt recording how he feels is part of his healing. There are some Pinterest self reflection prompts that I use to help me they have some for anxiety depression etc. Maybe you guys can check those out they even have some for Christian reflections. It's been helpful for me during my thoughtful or low moments

Thank you for sharing this! I’m a mom of a toddler and infant as well and there are days where it feels like a lot. My husband finally just told me to get a cricut after me eyeing one for YEARS and now I think I have a dream for an arts and crafts and me space as well. And maybe I’ll start thinking about the waking up early thing too. 😅

“You can do it, you should do it.” Wow I needed to hear that. My daughter is almost 1 and wakes up around 6:30am. The mornings are so hectic and stressful but I never thought that I could be a mom that wakes up before the kids. Thank you for the encouragement, Glory!

I completely agree with you on getting time to yourself. I used to sleep until my son woke up. Waking up an hour or two before him gives me that time to get things done peacefully. Best decision I've ever made.
