Yes! I need this. I've been learning airs for 2 months and just had the same crash, thanks. I'd love to see a video about air control, and maybe something about motowhips and how to move in the air
Just learned from your vid why i dont get much air because i get nervous with letting back tire hit coping after this hurricane sessions gonna be lit!!
@@stuartgibson airing both the 5 ft quarters at my local the flow has gotten a lot better. Still struggling with the back tire hitting coping consistently but when I surprise myself with enough speed it is a mighty launch way bigger difference 🤣🤣
If there's a foot of transitioning to straight up you don't want to be pulling up on bike or bunnyhop. Allow the bike to take you straight out then look over your shoulder and spot your landing. It's a mind game..pad yourself up and remember what goes up must come down. Just make sure it's front tire first lol. Good luck
@@richieanderson1968 Great thanks for advice it will help alot, aired out a 6ft qaurter a month ago only a foot or two but was so stoked to get it. Came up short once and cased the rear wheel a bit but I rode out and learnt alot 😎
I've just been practicing my hops on little corners of dirt and sidewalk going more and more into to corner so I can get used to the feel of being in the air. Should I just start to get the feel of hopping and having to bike come straight up with me when I jump not even popping my front tire that much? Or should I get out of the habit
I watched the how to video of the spine and I did the spine for first time... Now I'm trying to air out the quarter ... Thanks for your videos
That's awesome! How is it going?
Today I learnt my first air! all thanks to this video. It was 6ft ramp and I got both wheels about 2ft above the coping
That is awesome! Great news!
@@stuartgibson Yeah , thank you so much for making these tutorials they are helping so much!

How is it going now?

Getting over the initial fear is the hardest part
Absolutely, that's why you work your way up to going above coping in small steps!
Excellent video I’m building a 5ft Qrt this spring so thank you for the tutorial! Can’t wait to ride 😁
Good luck!
now this is what im talking about iv been waiting so long for a awesome understandable dude to do a video like this
Glad to hear it!
Great video, been trying these for a while now but just couldn't get it.
Thanks! Glad I could help!
Dude. Nice work. Loving your new tuts. Keep em coming.
Glad you like them!
So no bunny hop when you actually hit coping with both wheels?
You definitely can! However, the steeper the quarter the less you want to be forcing a bunny hop

Im starting to ride again any tips for the verts or quarters that curve inboard at the top?
Yeah don't pull or you will land flat bottom..follow the transition.
How to spine transfer?!
Good one, might just do this one next!
I know truck driver, 360 over boxes but I can't air without doing bhop bcs I don't have any ramp in my town to practise it😂. Hope this will help 🙏
You can do it!
Saludos brother💪
Thanks man!
casing is an issue for me... knees knees knees....
Yeah, casing can hurt for sure!
Next how to will be tailwhip
Maybe! Don't think I'll do that one just yet, but near future for sure!
