- Hi folks! I finally could do something I waited years before realizing it :
Recreating my absolute favorite racing game of all time : Burnout 3 Takedown
Well, I exagerate a little bit when I say "recreate", because it's actually NOT a game, it's a 3D Animation I realised with Bender 3D Software.
My goal was to try recreate and re-imagine a short piece of gameplay sequence of the game from A to Z, with a "RTX ON" look.
I passed a few months in this project, and it's still a small step for my #BringBackBurnout project video.
I hope you will like that new nostalgia wave, because I had a lot of fun making it ^^

The way how you made this was absolute and you edited this really well on whatever app you use to animate
Jeez, the ammount of effort you made on this animation sequence is amazing. You should really try and remake this game on unreal engine or unity.(whichever you can use better.)
This is one of my future goals, I would like to make a game close to burnout series one day

@@Tbence-kv6pw I’m still thinking if I should create my own and original assets, or if I can blend vehicles, locations from existing games and possibly make a big racing crossover game 🤔
I’m more interested for the second option, but the problem will be about game licenses and copyright issues from the original games

@@LucasRPDJ Well, If you can mae it look like a Sonic Racing game without powerups than it would be an intresting take. Voice acting wise, i could do a personal Striker for this game, since i saw how he was commenting on things all based around burnout racing.

When i was looking through your video catalogue, i was expecting Sonic animations and the like, and not much else.
It was a VERY welcome suprise when i saw this video and found out that your a Burnout fan as well, and that made me really happy, because i adore the Burnout series (my Burnout accolades below), and it's one of my favorite racing game series ever, alongside Midnight Club, NFS and The Crew.
I have played Burnout 2, 3, Revenge and Paradise Remastered (Burnout 1 is so qaint by comparison to the rest of the series so i feel like i have no substantial reason to play it, and it seems Criterion views Burnout 2 as the proper beginning of the series anyway. I don't have a psp or a mobile phone yet so no Legends or Crash, and i don't know i'f i'll even get Dominator) B2:PoI is my favorite in the series, and love 2 and 3's soundtrack a LOT (there are literally 4 songs in Burnout 3's ost that i don't like), i'm the least involved with Revenge and have nearly 100% completed 3, and Paradise is my least favorite because the online is kinda stale and boring and there's nothing to do online or offline once you complete the game, something i can't say the same about every other game i've played in the series, and the soundtrack isn't particularlly that memorable, especially because half the ost is classical music that i don't care for. The other half of the ost is previous unlicenced tracks from previous games that are... *from the previous games,* so of course they're good, and imo the licenced stuff isn't that good anyway.
Sorry for my long ass Burnout-themed ramblings, i just don't get a chance to just dump my history and opinions about a series all that often. Also, great video! It's really impressive how well you managed to recreate Burnout's design philosophy in an animation like this. This comment is way too lon-

For just one person to make this you did a good job at it. I myself can't even try to replicate this tho not even being into animation. Now imagine how Revenge would look like if it was remastered in Blender xD

What's funny is that I always associate the song "Here I Am" with the PIXAR Cars video game on the GameCube, as that song was featured in there too. However, for some reason, the developers of the game, Rainbow Studios, thought it would be a good idea to play an instrumental version of the song instead of leaving in the vocals. To be honest, I don't know why they did that, I think they could have easily removed "gunshots are what I hear" from the song if that's what they were worried about.

holy hell, i just realized with burnout's physics and forza's tuning capabilities, you could make the MOST repayable burnout/burnout knock off of all time
man if i had a powerful PC and knowledge in Unity/Unreal, i'd totally try an actual remake of the game

Wow. Just wow. I can't imagine how painful this was to make. This needs to be way more popular. I wish we would've gotten Burnout 3 remaster, instead of... Dangerous Driving, duh

Oh, because it’s the second burnout car I made after the custom coupe, I will model a few more cars from the series, but I started with my personal favorites ^^
My personal favorite is the dominator muscle. It looks like a eruopean euro with a dodge viper body

Well, next time I will do a concept that will blend all burnout titles with other racing titles such as ridge racer, beamng, maybe nfs and more
