I knew right away bodybuilding was the answer to my problems because when I was watching these guys on RUclips and TV I realized the things they were doing and abusing steroids to do I was doing in my sleep for fun just because I was bored and it was my therapy and it blew my mind that they needed peds to do it and called themselves elite level athletes when I was drinking bottles of whiskey to the dome doing it hungover and eating once a day 😯

Alcatraz is only a couple km’s out from the bay. Depending on the conditions I could do that in 30 mins. I used to swim 4.5 kms (in a pool) every morning.
